We visited in Dec 2012 just couple of days before Christmas. It was cold but the rooms were pretty warm and the linen was neat.
The bathrooms are quite big and gives ample space for a person of good height to stretch arms (you don't hit walls every now and then). There was running hot water, though it takes a few minutes before you actually start getting hot water (that is probably because hot water from the central boiler reaches only after cold water is pushed completely from the tap-pipes).
The hotel staff, especially the owner ensures that guests are given full attention and do not face any problem. The staff is pro-active in arranging things; we missed our morning safari and the staff person quickly arranged an afternoon safari for us.
The food was nice, homely and tasty. I would recommend having lunch outside in the garden, that would surely make your day.

We were a group of 8 people. We visited the hotel during 23-25 Dec ’12. The hotel owner, manager, in fact, all the hotel staff was very cooperative. We were scheduled to reach Sawai Madhopur a little late at night. The hotel staff proactively called us and asked us to place our order to ensure we would not miss dinner, in case we reached late. On reaching the hotel, we were served some amazing hot food, even though it was much beyond their dinner time. We had also not been able to book the safari tickets online. The hotel manager was very cooperative and took a lot of effort to ensure we were able to secure tickets for two safaris. The rooms were also good, though in need of some minor repairs. All in all, a good hotel with excellent service! Would definitely recommend it for your stay!

Unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel to anyone and would rather recommend everyone to stay away from staying here for following reasons:
- rooms are extremely dirty (there were even food crumbles on chairs from previous occupants upon arrival)
- heaters were charged 500Rs extra per day although we booked an AC room and it was freezing cold outside (we found out later that the same heater would have cost 1200Rs in a shop)
- you always have the feeling that they try to rip you off wherever possible: long discussions about the actual price for safaris (supposedly the manager did not know the exact price and had to look it up - maybe I am mistaken, but I guess most of the guests come to this place exactly for that reason); for the drop off we prearranged and paid for a cab, as it was extremely cold, the night before we left, but then a delayed autorickshaw showed up, so that we had to take it
-other guests seem to have had similar experience as in the guest book in the hotel other people have also mentioned "miscommunication" problems
-someone should also educate the hotel staff and tell them that one should not enter a room without knocking on the door and then if someone is still in bed it is not pleasant if people enter the room without asking

One could definitely make more with the location and the resort itself if the rip off attitude, hygienic standards and the standard of the education of the staff would undergo severe changes!

The hotel could not meet our expectation due to the following reasons:
1. Though the rooms are bigger, but not well furnished. No good cupboard is available. Suitcases were to be kept on floor.
2. Bathroom is bigger but the design is poor as a result. all the bathroom floor became wet (no shower curtain / divider between shower and other area. Only one hook was available for cloth hanging which is not sufficient.
3. We went in cold Jan, and while asked for a room heater, it was said to be chargeable and the pettiest part was that no plug was attached to it (only cables were to be put in to the socket) - Very unsafe practice.
4. Dining hall was in the basement and was very untidy and we felt unhygienic too.

The good part of the hotel are;
1. The ambiance..
2. The owner Mr N L Sharma; is very cordial and accommodative.
3. The staff were helpful - What is lacking in them are some Hospitality training and hygienic sense.
4. The Garden is very good and well maintained.

This resort can be made to an attractive one if the above cons are addressed.

To describe our stay at hotel no need for more than two words- Just Wow!! The hotel is very specious, conveniently located, it has big rooms, big bathrooms. Food is very tasty and cook and other staff in kitchen were very cooperative and friendly. Over all highly satisfied with customer service, it felt like home. Very good value for the money we paid.

We went to Indiatrip in December 2013 and stayed at Sanctury resort when went to see Ranthambhore century. It was excellent experience. The place and location was awsome. Food was excellent, an authentic indian test. Rooms were clean and very appealing. We loved most was the folk dance and kemp fire. It was unbelievable experience. The rates are unbelievable compared to the service we received. We had all unclusive package which was cheaper then the competitive resorts around the location. I sugget people to stay at this place to get the best experience ever of real Rajasthan.
