We found Indigo on our third night in Jodhpur and wished we had found it sooner. We chose the Mixed Tandoori dish and a vegetarian one along with Jeera rice and plain Naan all washed down with Kingfisher beer. It was without doubt the best meal we have had in Rahasthan and we've never had a bad one as we've travelled around. The food was delicious, nice fresh linen on the table, attentive and friendly staff and the view of the fort the icing on the cake! It was so good we returned the following evening, our last in Jodhpur. There were 15 or so covers on our first visit and we didn't wait long for our meal to arrive. On our second visit there were 20 covers, they were extremely busy and the wait was longer but worth it. Just aim to get there before 7pm when service starts and relax with a drink.

We visited Indigo because of the good reviews here. The view from the rooftop was excellent, looking at the illuminated fort.
Beer was good. Unfortunately it was letdown by slow service. I know we are on holidays and shouldn't expect cooked to order food to be served instantly but we waited 50 minutes for food to arrive. The waiter, who is also one of the owners, was very friendly. A number of other people arrived well after 8pm and they too would have had to wait for their food. The restaurant is obviously becoming more popular as a result of being #2 on Tripadvisor and I suggest that an experienced waiter be employed as the second one there was just walking around doing almost nothing.
The food was not much better than at other restaurants we have eaten at in Rajasthan. One of our dishes, mutton was full of bones and fat and had almost no meat on it. When pointed out to the waiter he took it off the bill.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Yes for the ambience but not so much for the food.

The owners of this rooftop restaurant were very kind to accomodate our family of 6 - just before they were closing. They did this cheerfully and the food served was delicious! Great view of the Mehrangarh Fort from the restaurant. Conveniently located for those walking up to the Mehrangarh Fort.

We sat and watched the sunset behind the fort with drinks. We had some of the nicest Indian for here after 3 months of travelling India. Akram and Vikram were super friendly and even though it was busy they never forgot us. They were happy to laugh and joke in between doing their job! 100% would recommend

We went to this restaurant after reading trip advisor reviews and was not disappointed.
The view of the fort floodlit at night was amazing. Be sure you are there before 9pm as the lights are turned off at that time
My wife had veggie moussaka which she said was the tastiest meal she had eaten in India. I had The tandoori veggie grill and veggie fried rice which was excellent. With a couple of bottles of water the bill came to 945 Rs. . We were then given complimentary ginger tea other varieties are available and they insisted on phoning for a tuk tuk.
Lovely people
