“The best fast food in the world”
Reviewed November 24, 2013

In the first instance, it was the crowds of people waiting to buy a savoury wrapped in newspaper that attracted me and, having bought my first 'chilly' (a green chilly and spicy vegetable stuffing) inside a pastry case, I was hooked. The samosas are just as good...so much so, I've had lunch on this busy corner three days in a row. These guys know how to make them, cook them and sell them with pride.

“Thumbs up to this eatery”
Reviewed November 18, 2013 via mobile

All 4 items on the menu tasted really good. Awesome samosa, mirchi ke pakode, mogar ke bade and pyaas ki kachodi. Must stop for a heavy snack. Heavy because if you have 1 or 2, you should be full. Reasonably priced, nothing costs more than Rs 17.00

“I have started loving samosas again!!”
Reviewed September 25, 2013

I am a bit surprised to see very few reviews of this place though its very famous with local crowds. This should even get listed as a must visit for tourists.
Where? Right at the main gate that connects clock tower to the nayi road. A 2 min distance from ghanti ghar (clock tower)
What? They serve samosas, mirchi vada, mawa kachori.
How much? Nothing costs you more than q5 bucks. Priced for the locals.
How does it taste? Crispy and tangy. The aloos are perfectly soft and rightly spiced. Even they put aloo in mirchi vada which is quite unusual but a great combination.
