“Excellent is the word.”
Reviewed August 20, 2013

We were up for a surprise. The ITC Welcome Heritage staff has maintained the Palace and the Lake excellently well. We stayed here overnight and took a stroll in the morning around the Palace and Lake. Well manicured gardens, huge trees and a continuous chirping of birds of all kinds made the walk lovely.

Definitely visit this place.

“Bal Samand Lake Palace, Jodhpur”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

Built around 850 years back, it was the residence of erstwhile Rathore rulers of Marwar for around 300 years before Rao Jodha established Jodhpur. Spread over around 500 acres it includes a huge lake, several lush green gardens, fountains, etc. It is a private property of royal family of Jodhpur and not open to public. However, we will be arranging special exclusive visit there for Sankalp 2013 participants, courtesy Maharaja Gaj Singh-II, Chairman, Board of Governors of Aravali Institute of Management.

“AAA - Amazing food Amazing ambience Amazing Service”
Reviewed July 17, 2013

See this is a place where you can come with your family friends date and business trip. It has very very good ambience and the food is pretty awesome (specially daal is simply outstanding). it has indoor as well as outdoor facility. The place is huge I mean HUGE. It has horse cradles and the garden is very big. I have visited this place myself with family, friends and also a marriage was planned here. There are mountains besides the garden and doing a dinner here simply means dim light with handi daal and good rajasthani music. The dining thing is just after that bridge. The location is a bit far as this is located outside the city premises but it is completely worth going far and having such a great time.

“Taste the Royalty..”
Reviewed May 16, 2013

This quiet real princely resort has beautifully done suits. Suits are very spacious with Raj days decor and modern comfort. Lush green environment and the exclusive lake added to our relaxed holiday. Service is superb with great touch of royalty. Food is excellent. They serve regional and Indian food delicacies as also exotic dishes.
Besides suits we could observe that they have aesthetically converted a large number of horse stables into guest rooms. A genius effort to make use of spaces..
