Ratan Villas is a beautiful heritage hotel. The rooms are far away from the busy road. As soon as you step through the beautiful garden and go through the quite yards you will relax from your jearney. You can go further for a swim in the pool or listen the live music during dining in the enlightened garden.

What a wonderful hotel, after a taxi ride from Jaisalmer this place was an oasis of calm and quality. Greeted with a cold drink we were booked in a huge room, ultra clean with a huge sunken bath and shower.
The hotel has a swimming pool in immaculate grounds and was very well set up with towels and sun loungers.
We had the dinner buffet which was fabulous value for money and even included trifle.
We got a TukTuk to explore the city.
As we were moving on the next day this hotel was perfect for resting before more travel.

Room tip: Any room is good as the hotel is quiet and tranquil. The staff are very attentive.

We haven’t even checked out and I’m already writing a review...this place is one of the best, affordable luxury hotels I’ve stayed in my 52 countries traveled. Everything is perfect up to the last detail. Rooms are spacious and lovely, pool is superb and clean, gardens are perfectly manicured, staff extremely efficient and cordial, everything is clean and spotless, they even have a musician playing background music in the courtyard. Jodphur is a busy, noisy city but you’d never know it if you stay here, it’s so peaceful and calm you’d feel like you’re in the countryside sipping gin and tonics like royalty ;)Only 10mins/120rupee tuk tuk ride to the center of town.

This was overall the most enjoyable stay of our trip across India. The hotel is peaceful, it stands in the middle of a big plot, the service is impeccable and everyone is working so hard to make your stay pleasant. The hotel is historic, and genuinely feels like a colonial villa. Marble floors in rooms, geanite bathroom. You can have dinner outside in front of the hotel, which was great and the food was very good - homemade. Location is convenient for both airport and train station. Swimming pool was big and very clean. Flowers and trees all around which are well cared for.
Recommend this place if you are in Jodhpur. It is an oasis of calm.
We met the lady who's family built the hotel as a family home. The family still reside on site.
