As a lonely and young woman traveller in Índia, my first worries are about security. And the company of Mr. Pushpendra couldn't be more pleasant. Not only a respectful and friendly man, but also a great guide, with nice stories to tell and above all a nature lover. The best thing is that he shows you everything -highlight for the wild life- and let you explore things in your on time, no hurry. Highly recomended, a must do in Jodhpur!

A MUST IN JOHDPUR. The Bishnoi village trip was interesting but Mr. Pushpendra made it wonderful. We had such a good contact with him that we hired him for the drive to Jaisselmar and back. Finding a driver of his caliber and skill in India is not so easy. We weren´t nervous for a moment in the four hour drive and fully enjoyed our time with Mr. Pushpendra. He was courteous, informative, professional, dependable and provided a good atmosphere in a good car.

My friend and I decided to visit the nearby Bishnoi village while we were attending the Jodhpur RIFF at Mehrangarh Fort. We met up with Mr. Singh near the Clock Tower after speaking to him over the phone. He was most pleasant and his Jeep was clean!

First, it didn't feel like a touristy thing at all. It felt personal, private and overall a great experience. It was unhurried as well. The bishnoi villages now have concrete houses with the government subsidies. So the village is definitely not as one imagines it. But meeting some Bishnoi people and the whole opium custom was fun. The wildlife and birds were really great to experience and so was the pottery-making. But I must say, the block printing, adjoining the pottery making was nothing much. The real villages are far away and Pushpendra should possibly organize a stay-over at these authentic places.

All the best Pushpendra! And thank you!

Certainly will advice you to go on his jeep for a taste of life around Jodhpur!

Pushpendra made the village experience very pleasant and comfortable for us, it didn't feel like we were being intrusive at all. It was great to see the arts and crafts being hand made as well. We wish we could've bought more, the finished products were beautiful. It was also nice to not have to deal with pushy sales people when seeing the arts and crafts.
