We stayed in a triple room with own shower room and AC. It was fine: clean and all facilities worked. Very good value for money. It's a good location with a fine view of the fort.
The person in charge when we stayed was so helpful and friendly. We arrived in the middle of the night because of a late train but he opened up and organised a room for us. When we left we had to get a 6am train on the morning of Holi and he took us to the station in his own car. We can't thank him enough.

We were there for 3 days and even though we arrived really early in the morning, they let us had the room earlier. Same thing happened with our late late check out time, we were able to keep our room until afternoon. Not only it was cheap, the bus ticket was taken care of and we also had the staff took us to the bus.

Really reccomend their dessert trip. We thought it was quite cheap, since we rode the camel in a not plain and straight dunes for we had no idea how long, our backs hurted a bit the day after. The basecamp also far from everything and no one except us in sight, it was like a private trip. The dinner was nice, the tour was nice, we had everything was taken cared of. It was gooodd!

I stayed at Hostel Fort Side for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and provided a cup of chai upon arrival. My room was quite spacious, clean, and with a nice bathroom. Honestly, I was surprised at how nice it was given the low price. The whole building is well-decorated, and there’s a nice rooftop area. I would definitely stay again if I return to Jaisalmer.

In addition, I also went on the camel safari that the hostel offers. It was an amazing experience at a very reasonable price. Dilu, our camel man, was great. He said he’s been going on camel safaris since he was 9 (he said his father was also a camel man), and he clearly knows what he’s doing. The food and chai he made were fantastic. The “camp” was in a private area among the dunes, so it felt like a non-touristy experience. I highly recommend it.

The room was very clean, there was air conditioning and the host, Mister Alladin, was very welcoming, funny and made us really feel like home. The rooftop is super nice as well, you can take beautiful pictures of the forth... All in all, we really recommend this hostel.

Location of hotel is very good, it is at walking distance from railway station, Tilon Ki Pol, Jaisalmer fort.
Room was small with limited amenities but then you get what you pay for.
Staff was very nice and helpful.

They don't have restaurant but there is Hotel tokyo palace nearby, I had my meals there and their food was tasty and reasonably priced.
