The hotel looks like a very newly done one, but with an old fashioned desert palace style which fits very nice to the environment.
The hotel is located quite far from the fortress, most of the shops and old city , so you'll need an autorickshaw or taxi to get there.
The recepcion is very nice including a marble fountain and a huge pendant lighting, some handmade shops, tourism desk, and very courteous service.
Since we stayed in march 2013, we enjoyed the medium sized pool, which is really nice, but guess that in summer time pool must be quite important under 45C degrees, and for sure getting very crowded fastly.
Our room were particularly small, but enough for two days. We saw that there were another options with private balcony, garden or terrace. We couldn't manage the room temperature, and since it was quite cold, we were provided a portable electric heater.
Restaurant and beakfast service and food were excellent and had very good variety between western dishes to local rajasthani options.
