“Pleasant Stay and Value for Money”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2012

The hotel is newly constructed with beautiful heritage style designed rooms with neat interiors and toilets. I stayed with my family and my small son loved it very much. Everything was good and the service from the boys were also good and prompt. The only thing was we didn't had a telephone in our room to call for room service. Complimentary breakfast was average. We recommend this Hotel for a nice pleasant stay and value for Money.

Disastrous service and very rude staff. First we were given a room where the bathroom was in complete disarray and the telephone showers kept leaking. To top it off, the flush wasn't working. Every time we complained, they would send a guy in and he would tweak something and things would work for sometime before failing. Finally after three of these instances, our room was changed albeit begrudgingly. Then in the new room the DTH failed and we were told DTH wasn't working anywhere else, not just in this hotel alone. There was no bad weather. Unfortunately we had booked online and there was no option for a refund. At this point the staff was pretty rude and unhelpful. Rooms were cute and nice looking but without anything working it made no sense. Pathetic stay at the Jeet Villa.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel cab best termed as a guest house with a roof top restaurant without any particular view of tourist sites. The rooms and toilets were neat and clean. The service was average. This is best for one night. They serve eggs and the breakfast was average. Since, we were staying here for a night we were happy with the rooms. Traditionally decorated in a rajasthani way with multiple plug-in sockets and t.v with satellite connection. The toilets were also clean but the hot water facility wasn't working. However, the hotel staff arranged the same for us on request promptly.

Stayed at this place on 21-oct-2012 and 22-oct-2012.
Positives:
The property by itself is newly built and neat. Lunch was good and served on time.
Negatives:
The surroundings stink. The bad smell from the neary by storm enters bathroom. Availability of hot water was a problem. Though we skipped complimentary breakfast for 2 days, the hotel refused to waiver our lunch bill of 100 Rs!

I stayed here with my family from 20th October to 22nd October, 2012. The hotel is an one storied building with only 5 rooms. As it is newly built, the rooms are clean and well decorated. The building is made of golden stone. It looks very beautiful.

The staff are young boys, but their service is very prompt. There is no geyser in the bathroom, that is the only problem. But the young boys are ready to supply a bucket of hot water in your bathroom.

There is no shop in the area. In the evening, the area becomes desolate. I had to walk for 10 minutes to Hanuman Circle to buy bottled water or toothpaste. In the night, I felt it as a problem.

Stayed here recently for couple of days and hotel owner was very helpfull. He got us the camel safari/cultural program/dinner at a reasonable price and it was good..The rooms were pretty nice . The only problem was the bathroom was not getting hot water, which i hope could have been fixed.

We stayed 3 nights in jeet villal in july. 2012. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and surpassed all my expectations. The rooms were immaculate and had everything you could possible need and more. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and the free best mango shake was certainly an added bonus! the staff Friendly generous and informative owner ‘AVI’could not do enough for you without being intrusive.
also Camel safari with jeet villa was honestly one of the highlights of my visit to India, Sitting on the camel eating delicious food cooked and drinking Chai was an oasis from the hectic hustle and bustle of jaislmer. Had a lovely cooking lesson and enjoyed eating the results! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and camel safari for budget travelers.
