“Avoid”
Reviewed December 24, 2012

One would venture here only if one had some extra time on hand or really got inticed by all the travel sites and books. The place is barren as a rock! Except of course the thousands of Indians who flock to almost any place that remotely smells of a tourist attraction. All that these hordes do is deface the cave walls even more, and pose for endless photos on their phone cameras and litter the place with all their garbage and spitting.

I really fail to understand why these 'caves' are even listed as a tourist attraction. There is literally nothing in either of the set of caves. Even if you ahve extra time on your hands, you will be better off surfing the web or sitting by the pool side with a book. Avoid it!

“Unique structures”
Reviewed December 23, 2012

This was quite a pleasant surprise for me and the kids. A well maintained place, neat and clean. Kids had fun walking in and out of the caves. Got some much needed exercise by climbing the big rocky steps and trying to keep pace with the kids who had absolutely no trouble doing so. As for the caves, so far they are the most unique structures that I have seen.

“Real Indian Heritage”
Reviewed December 20, 2012

Need to be able to walk and climb small hills and steps. One with physical problems will have difficulty in seeing most of the things. It was worth the effort for me as I had recently twisted my knee and had some mobility issues. Guide was worth the small amount he charged to take us around.

“Fairly interesting”
Reviewed December 18, 2012

Very old caves which makes fora interesting viewing. Visualising an old way of life in this place makes it quite interesting. A decent visit should take about 1.5 hours , can be visited by people of all religions. Would suggest avoiding midday and try to ist early or late in the day as it gets very hot. There are some easily accessible parts for people of all physical abilities. Some areas may be too steep for some but can still be enjoyed from more accessible areas. Has a small entry fee. A good place to visit if in town but not a must visit.
