The food spread was great and just what I was hoping for - a mix of salad, fruit, desserts, meat, (salmon too!) and Indian food - all of high-quality. However, as a local in Pune and as a frequent visitor of other 5-star hotels, I was really disappointed by the service. The staff seemed blatantly upset that we were not drinking "unlimited" alcohol in the late morning (we declined as we had a meeting afterwards). We were pushed by 3 separate staff members to consume their unlimited alcohol packages, and seemed rather displeased we ordered fresh juices and coffee. The pushiness made it rather difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. The chefs were not too friendly either when we asked questions. The ladies toilet just outside the restaurant was in a dismal state as well - disappointing given that this was the Marriott and we had high expectations. The food was excellent but the service makes me re-consider going back for another brunch...

We enjoyed the breakfast during our stay at Pune Marriot and were surprised at the high level of service offered so early in the morning. The staff were attentive and the surprise moctails offered by Pawan were a real taste experience - each with their own story excitedly and patiently repeated by Pawan to each guest.

Fantastic team and great variety - highly recommended

There are many hotels that serve larger variety, but this one has one of the best food quality. Everything that we tasted was 5/5 especially the noodles, dal makhani, tikkas, salads, desserts.
