Love the hotel, situated at Koregaon Park which is the most happening place in Pune. I would like to thank Arunav who has been very kind to us during my recent stay. He has got a lovely smile and is very approachable.

Very convenient to the airport. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and stunning room. Breakfast is just fantastic with many choices. Relax in the bar at night with a beer. Very comfortable bed and dead quiet rooms. Great wifi reception everywhere.

Must say that Westin has very spacious rooms with a beautiful green view of KP. The executive lounge experience was great as always, with Harsh being very hospitable and a 10 on 10 service.
Daily treats also had delicious pastries which are not to be missed.

Rarely do I review hotels, but the hospitality provided by the staff of Westin left me thoroughly mesmerised.. The guards gave a warm welcome with a smile.. The check in was a smooth process.. The staff was courteous.. And then came a beautiful unexpected moment when the staff provided a beautifully decorated fruit cake for our anniversary.. And a personally designed greeting card.. In all the hotels I've been so far, they charge a bomb for the cake.. Here they gave me as a complimentary gift.. That too when I had not asked for it.. Hats off Thrinlay and Neha madam along with shamim from the front office.. Im sure the whole Westin crew is a part of this.. So thanks to all of you..
Now coming to the rooms.. Pleasently lighted, huge television, cute little bath tub, a sweet Sony alarm, comfortable bed and room temperature were some of the many things I loved.. Though there was a small glitch in the set top box (videocon dth). Wasn't a glitch actually, but I found it difficult to tune in to my favourite channels.. Apart from this all was good..
And finally the breakfast.. Truly fulfilled my taste buds.. We were amazed with the variety served during the breakfast.. Fresh fruits and salads, South indian delights like dosa, idli and Medu wada, North Indian parathas, fried rice, hakka noodles and juices.. (sorry i dont know about non veg as I am a veggie).
Finally they allowed me a late checkout on request which was a cherry on top of the cake..
Love you Westin.. Was just there for less than 24 hours.. But uve impressed us..
If you are going to pune, you cannot miss a stay here..

With wonderful food and ambiance and some great services the place serves to one and all. It has always exceeded our expectations when it comes to services. Very close to heart of the city and near to all malls. You don't have to be in the hotel and can visit all happening places.
The staff gives it even more reasons to come.
Arpan and his team Kanika, Rahul and Edward has always been helpful at Medici. And we just love coming here. Thank you

Now before you let your imagination run amok, please check The Westin located at Koregaon Park on ur next trip to Pune. The shippy hotel.
A little on an expensive side, And a stay for two inclusive of a meal for two would cost around 10k with taxes but still its WORTH IT.
The hotel scores very high on services, ambiance and the interiors. The presence in the city for a long time has offcourse motivated and not degraded even an inch on the quality. The staff is very knowledgeable about the property in terms of food and everything. Loved the different cuisines at Seasonal Tastes . Mocktails made by Rahul Parkhad were out of the box.
Very creative naming them as "Crafted at Westin".
The starters variety was ok. Just there could bea little more done on that side.
Kanika was extremely helpful in making us comfortable and acknowledging us as "guests" .
Recommended always.
