If you are planning to visit Ajanta & Ellora caves, chances are you will opt for staying in Aurangabad. Hotel Admiral Suites is an excellent place to stay and we are glad we found it. The hotel seemed a brand new one. Everything was spic and span. The lobby, the rooms, the furnitures, the bathroom - everything was shinning. I was very impressed. Considering that for a single person, a room with double bed costs around INR 2600 (including all taxes) (USD $40 or so) and for two people, the cost is about USD $48 (including all taxes), the hotel was a gem. The hotel has a roof top restaurant, that serves lunch & dinner. The decor of the restaurant is not fancy but the menu is extensive (although not all items are available at all times) and one can always avail of room service. The staff was courteous and helpful when necessary. I would like to mention that running hot water supply should be always available, although I did not have any major problem. Also, the hotel should be able to accept foreign credit cards. In summary, the 'pros' for the hotel are many more than the 'cons' and If I am in this region, I shall definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent maintenance and prompt service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food at the restaurant was good. We were well looked after at the hotel. Thanks for making our stay pleasurable. Will visit here again. All in all, good value for money.

With brightly painted walls, the large rooms all come with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities, we stayed at hotel Admiral Suits Aurangabad in the executive rooms on 15th December 2013. Mineral water bottles were not provided by the hotel staff though promised in the advt. The site of the rooftop restaurant is very nice but they provided only tur dal and mixed veg. They also told that there was no other sweet dish except ice cream. The quality of the food served was average. In the morning the hot water was also missing and we had to bath in the cold water. Mr. Anil on the reception desk in the morning was helpful to bring a hot water bucket for the kid. If the above shortcomings are removed, this is a wonderful hotel to reside.

Room Tip: Windows opening in the front side are better viewing area.

The pluses are definitely more than the minuses. To count a few: We were allowed an early check in..as early as 7:30 am. Helpful staff, so effectively there were issue (like no toilet roll, non functional digi box for TV) which were very promptly addressed. Clean and spacious rooms. We were a little early for breakfast but were not denied. Though the food quality has scope for improvement.
If one is searching for a clean place to rest and shower, then this is apt. Do not expect luxuries like a good view.
Overall a good experience.

Decent place to stay. No frills. Inexperienced team but willing to go extra mile. Room service is ok but not consistent. Understaffed. Rooms are clean. Location is good. Very Good value for money, I would say.
