“Thank you for the trip of a lifetime”
Reviewed December 15, 2013

We help run a program in Mumbai for homeless and semi-homeless children and we brought them to Aurangabad for a vacation in November 2013. For some of them, it was their first trip ever outside of Mumbai. We came primarily to show them the Ellora and Ajanta Caves and since we raised extra money in our effort, we splurged for a short stay for them at The Meadows. Not only is it a beautiful property with two clean and large swimming pools, a field to run and play, and divided into bungalows so the boys could have their own spaces and freedom, but the management and the staff were so incredibly kind and nurturing to our group.

Our boys were treated like kings for three days and they loved (and appreciated) every second of it. The food was amazing and the cultural program that Anand and the stuff put together for us for a special night of entertainment was fantastic.

The boys will never forget their trip of a lifetime and we'll never forget all that The Meadows made possible for us. Thank you for everything and thank you for such warm, generous, and accommodating hospitality. It was perfect.

The Meadows Aurangab is a beautiful porperty, peaceful although a little away from the Main City on the way to Ellora. It is on the highway hence stepping out and finding a suitable transportation is a challenge. The rooms are spacious and clean. However the place looks like it has been uninhabited since a long time.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a Split A/c..... if u need. The windows A/c's won't let u communicate to...

hi! my husband had been at the meadows a few years back as a part of j&J ethicon team programme before marriage. since then he wanted to take me to this place which we managed to go this September. We loved the lawns and the set up. surely place this big with lovely gardens requires expensive maintenance. however the rooms definitely require renovation. being an international traveler my husband did not like the old rooms, which i loved. if vintage is something you like go for this place. it is conveniently located on the highway and the service is average. the place bears a deserted look since it is a bit expensive. The food is good even though expensive. but we couldnt trust any other hotel due to hygiene reasons since we traveled with a 6mnth baby

Room Tip: do not book online, go there and bargain

I stayed in this resort for two nights in October 2013 with my wife. It is six kilometres from Aurangabad Railway Station and is conveniently located on highway that connects Aurangabad to Daulatabad and Ellora caves (NH 211).

The hotel staff was helpful. We stayed in Deluxe double bedroom cottage. Overall, the room was okay with average interiors. The resort has a very old look and so is the cottage. There were hardly any guests in the hotel and it looked all empty.
They have a reasonably good restaurant that serves authentic and delightful Indian cuisine but we felt it to be way too expensive and not a good value for money. However, considering Aurangabad restaurant hygiene and quality of food, I would recommend eating here only.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I think the room prices and restaurant food prices are expensive and the hotel should consider revising them to attract more clientèle,

Had wounderful four days stay here on a B+B baises for New Year.

The staff could not do enough for us. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily.
The gardens were peacfull to just sit in and the food was of good quilaty.
Breakfast was of a buffet style and freshly made.

Would visit again if we were in that area of the world again.

I had been to Quality Inn The Meadows three days in the month of Feb 2013 when three was an in-house training program. It is a resort and situated in a very large space and in a systematic way. It is around 12 Km away from the Airport and around 6 Km away from Railway Station and main Bus Stand. Since it is far away from city the place is very calm and quite. It is on the road of Ellora. Ellora is just half an hour away from the Hotel. Lush greenery is seen everywhere in the hotel. One will always like it. The SPA and GYM facility were not available that time, it was under renovation. It may be ready now. Those who are interested in SPA and GYM, they have to check first. Swimming pool was good, but not that much clean. The important thing is that the rooms available in the resort are not giving freshness while staying inside. They are old one. I also strongly felt that the staff available in the hotel is less and is not sufficient to cater the need of customer in time. No doubt the food quality of the hotel is very good and tasty. I would like to suggest customers please see the facility before finalizing the hotel.

The property and the staff of this hotel are wonderful. It is a beautiful and well laid out property and you do not feel cramped in it. The staff are very helpful and always eager to please. I would certainly want to go there again because I had a wonderful time with my family.
However, there is tremendous scope of improvement and efficiency - the management need to take notice. This can and should be a 7 star property.

But please take note that the restaurant is a disaster.
If you have a car, please have food outside.
