I enjoyed my stay here. After a long journey the large, clean bathroom with lots of hot water was just what I needed. I got a room on the ground floor and it was nice and large but had NO decoration at all so was a bit bland and lacking character. I think the upstairs rooms are better and have a balcony. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for me - including shielding me from the various (harmless but annoying) lurking boys who hang around every corner in Khajuraho hoping to befriend female tourists. If they could personalise the rooms a little bit to reflect the character of this lovely town, then I'd give it five stars!

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms have a balcony and are probably quieter.

We had a great stay in this hotel, the price are very cheap for the quality of the rooms which are very clean. It is at 20 minutes by walk from the city but it is very easy to rent bicycles to travel around. Last but not least the restaurant is really excellent for the lovers of Indian food. The staff is really careful ans friendly. We definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a new hotel with very nice rooms close to the main village recommended by our guide. The hotel was very clean, good bathrooms with hot water, comfortable beds and nice large rooms with balcony or verandah overlooking the pretty garden. Given the price it makes this a very good hotel choice in Khajuraho. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the food is very good, freshly prepared and delicious. The Khajuraho temples are amazing, the sculptures truly spectacular, be sure to get a guide. Ask for Raj Shrivesh, he was so helpful and friendly and not pushy like most!
I would recommend both Hotel, Guide and the temples in an instant.

Only a short distance from the main village, this peaceful and inviting home-away-from-home had so much to offer a single traveler like myself. Upon arriving I was guided to a beautiful room with a marble balcony and a front seat view of the garden/terrace. As for the food...BEST HOTEL FOOD ever. The food is made to order and served to you in your room, the outdoor dinning room or in the garden. I highly recommend the fruit salads, gulab jamun, egg-parathas, and the Thali (a must!!!), if you're lucky...the cook may even surprise you with his famous rice pudding!!! Last but not least, over the 6-7 days that I spent there the staff really became my second family. Whether it be a simple greeting every time I arrived at the hotel, friendly conversations in the garden, or jokes and laughing in the evening over drinks and chai, the staff was one of the best on my whole journey through India. I made friendships that will last a lifetime! The hotel had the best of all worlds: Indian flavor, nature, peace, family! And... I must not forget...you can always sneak up to the roof-top to get in a few sun salutations as the sun rises at the start of the day!!!

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks and was impressed with the value. The room was large with a veranda overlooking a garden. There was a new soni TV. The staff will bring you chai or coffee to your room or the garden restaurant. Breakfast omlette was tasty. Good nan and capote and we liked the yogurt and honey. Each room has a bathroom. The shower is a bit primitive but the hot water was plentiful. There was no maid service but the staff would clean the room and change the bed upon request. We had a yogi every morning for a yoga class on the roof. You can also have a massage. Prices are very cheap by American standards. If you go there, say hello to Raj. Tell him Bonnie says hello. For a reasonable tour guide we had a great experience with Ravi Soni.

Room Tip: Room 105 was good. This hotel is away from the city so noise is not an issue.

The rooms were extreamly cold. Got extra blanket by asking.
As it's very rare to have warm water in a shower India we highly appreciated as here we could have a warm shower and could finally have a wash :)

The room was quite dirty, had to return the towels as they were dirty as we first got them. It smelled of cigarettes in the room.

The hotel was quite far away from the town.
The garden of the hotel was pretty.

Food that you could buy from the restaurant was ok. Portions were a bit small.

Staff was ok, not too aggressively trying to serve you all the time.

Hotel was very nice and quite, with a beautiful small garden. Food was also very good. Shower did not work (not enough water pressure). Staff is friendly but they will try to talk you into hiring a very expensive tuk tuk and a VERY expensive guide at the temples. I fell for that one... my fault.
