Rooms were good. We took the standard ones (Three total) and were luckily were given the deluxe ones. The rooms nos 103, 203, 303 are small and facing the road and better avoided. Rest all rooms have a balcony also. The bath and toilet is good. We were initially given 203 but was changed the next day to 206 which was bigger and better. The staff at the reception were helpful.
Restaurant is ok. Food options are limited. Breakfast is also ok. Taste of idli and doasa are not so good. Night buffet is costly and has limited items. (Rs 250). Service in the restaurant was very slow. Better to dine elsewhere.
Proximity to all tourist spots is the main plus point.
Beware of monkeys at Thekkady. WE went to elephant farm and got drenched while bathing the elephants. We came back to our room and hung these wet clothes in the balcony. Howerer a monkey came and took away one of our T- shirts!!! Dunno whats it going to do with it???''''''More
