Very good location to stay calm and peaceful but don't carry high expectations about the hotel. It's an average hotel very old type. People who want to have old stay experience can enjoy for others it's ok. Cleanliness is very poor inside room.

One of the interesting hotel stay we have ever had... Very busy hotel yet relaxing and peaceful.. Exceptional service at the multi-cuisine restaurant. The staff took care of our details, especially having that particular table for two at the end. Beautiful music band! Will remember 'knocking at the Heaven's door" :) and not to forget, loved the concept of recycling, have been noticing it from the start till the end of our stay.... Since the bill was also presented in an envelope made of newspaper. Truly, as it says cgh earth experience hotels.

Not a large hotel nor is it now located near the Airport as the International Airport shifted out. Getting here is now as easy.Only the port and the Naval area is in the vicinity. The rooms are quite beautiful and the service is just like a boutique hotel. Long ago I had bumped into the Old man who owns the Hotel chain and he personifies the aura of this property. Food is excellent and the service makes it taste even better. Very peaceful in the surrounding and an evening walk after sunset would be perfect. Truly a gem and not many people know about it when visiting Kochi. Definitely worth a visit for even a dinner if you are in Kochi.

Room Tip: Really cant give you a tip here as all looks good in the Hotel.

What looks like an average hotel at the entrance, transforms itself into an endearing property once you are inside. Intricate wood panels, antique paintings and fine artwork adorns the walls. I was here on a weekend with family, and was thankful for the quiet surroundings. The buffet dinner had "live" singers who did a good job, while the chef and his team did great. I am told that the seafood was fantastique but kids insisted on buffet - so buffet it was.

The service was discreet and prompt, cleanliness proper and the morning walk around the RoRo jetty was very relaxing. It might be crowded on other days, but when I was here it was a Sunday and the RoRo jetty was not operating. So there was no noise. The Gym has an old rowing machine in need of some repair but otherwise working OK. The other equipment is enough to keep oneself fit, and indulge in guilt free eating.

Room Tip: Stay here for Business or Leisure. Just have your own transport handy.
