The hotel is present at the mid of town where all the needed are very near by . The furniture at the hotel is really of great luxury .so the same for the bathroom too, a very huge restroom with luxury fittings. The food is also to be rated high .over all really a good Hotel.

Room Tip: All the rooms are of good quality as stayed many a times in this hotel

Beautiful room and bathroom.

Had an early morning flight to catch and so had to miss breakfast. Dinner was very tasty. The bar in the front does not recommend women to enter :-) found it strange but in the end it isn't a big deal.

Yes, the bed does stick out. But it is a large comfy bed. Reception and other staff very helpful and friendly.

We were at this hotel on 23/2/2014. It is centrally located at Manorama junction. The front office and the owners are very courteous. The rooms are maintained well, neat and clean. Bathroom is also kept clean.
The breakfast has a very limited choice. Foreigners will find it difficult. Indians can just manage. The restaurant is very clean. Parking is always a problem. But the staff helps you to find a place. Dinner menu is good. The food is quite tasty. But the roti and naan need to be improved.
Majority of the staff is poor in english.
On the whole it was pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Prefer a room at the higher level.

Very nice hotel. lots of furniture in a room. walking is some time difficult . There was a huge bed in our room.
Room service is ok. Restaurant is very nice. There was a complementary breakfast. Food quality is very good.
Room decoration is impressive. I must tell you we got a road side room with huge window. There was a nice nighttime view we had experienced.

Room size is big but lots of furniture which take most of the space. But interior decoration of the room is impressive. i have uploaded some pics. Please have a look.

Room Tip: walking in the room is some time difficult. Please do some bed positioning.

To start off with, the management of the hotel are quite friendly and helpful (although they don't always understand English well). The rooms are comfortable but showing serious signs of neglect (ripped wallpaper, cigarette burns, and multiple broken fixtures). The bed linens were newish and well bleached, except for a small blood stain on the corner of the bedspread. The bed itself, as has been noted by other reviewers, has a ridiculous frame that sticks way out to stub any passing toe. The mattresses, however, is pure heaven compared to most thin mattresses we'd been sleeping on in India for that past weeks.

A big surprise was the restaurant, which was extremely slow but produced some genuinely good Indian food. We ate there a few times and were never disappointed with the food aside from having to wait 30 to 40 minutes for it. The temperature however is kept a little above freezing so we both had to bring jumpers to stay warm during the long wait.

Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but the location is too far from anything to walk (except the train station) and there is NOTHING in the neighborhood. The WiFi is horribly unreliable and is only available in the lobby that only sits 4 people, but accommodates many mosquitoes and the occasional cockroach. This brings me to my last complaint which is cleanliness. In the three days we stayed, I never saw a cleaner, nor was our room cleaned, and our bathroom smelled overwhelmingly of mildew.

If they clean up the place and added WiFi in the rooms, it might be a more pleasant place to stay, although that wouldn't fix the dismal location. As it is, it might serve as a good night's sleep before an early morning train, but only if you can get a descent discounted price on the inflated room rates.

Room Tip: Don't ask for a non-smoking room. All they will do is spray a ton of horrible air freshener into...

A neat and clean hotel but quite expensive for what it offers. The rooms are clean, cool, tidy and well maintained but that is about where it stops. It is on the major road and is VERY noisy. The WIFI is only available in the lobby...if you are in a particular spot and stand on one foot while juggling...

The staff are polite but are neither friendly nor helpful...

Passable but for the fee they charge you could do a lot better...

Room Tip: Ask for one away from the road
