Fort Cochin is relentlessly touristy, yes, but also one of those places that's popular for a reason. With a mix of English, Dutch, and Portuguese colonial buildings, its iconic cantilevered fishing nets, and a number of truly fine hotels, it's worth braving the crowds to stay here when you're in Kochi.

Maybe is because we were coming from North India, but we found this place very nice. Traditional fishing village full of energy and history. Like it.

I was completely enamoured by the quaintness and beauty of Fort Kochi. Every corner we turned, we marvelled at the sight of beautiful and well maintained houses, roads, cafes, shops etc. The charm lies in exploring the town on foot. Its an absolute treat for the senses.

The most i liked in Fort-Kochi was the sea food. So fresh. I have visited few other places like Kashi Cafe, Beach, Greenix village and Buddha Gallery. I visited Buddha Gallery on the day of its Inauguration. Its an excellent place to be. Nice collection of art works. Awesome
