I was in this hotel in November.
The hotel is placed at about 2 km from the famous "Chinese Fishnets". While Kochi itself was a delusion, thanks to this hotel and its staff our staying in Kochi turned quite enjoyable, as the staff helped us booking the Katakali Show for an evening and a Backwaters day trip. About the Backwaters, the trip is in some backwaters closer than the more famous Aleppey ones, but there are much less tourist and it turned to be very nice and quiet.
The hotel was very clean and we liked it very much. I'd say that I can suggest this place.

Best budget stay if you dont want to spend lot of money in Kochi. Very quite location n good service offered by Antonio n Christina.

Breakfast was awesome n rooms where clean n tidy bedsheets on the bed. Best for backpackers n people with small kids. I had 2 kids with me of age 5 and 2 they stayed free while using existing beding.

The owner Antonio really made my stay in Kochi memorable. He was extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean and nice. The bed was probably the most comfortable I slept on during my entire stay in India. The place is a little bit outside of the main Ft. Kochi centre but not too far (10 minute walk). As a budget traveler this was a bit more expensive than I would normally stay but well worth the extra rupees. Will definitely come back on a return trip to Kochi.

Myself and my sister checked into Tag und Nacht for three days and eventually stayed for a full week. Antonio and Kristine were very kind to us, and also ensured very high standards in the room with regular changing of the towels and sheets without any push from our side. The rooms were very clean, and Antonio even recommended us to take one of the cheaper rooms as it was enough for what we needed. Antonio and Kristine helped us arrange anything we needed from Laundry to Yoga and gave us some good advice also. The breakfast is great, and very good value as you get lovely fresh food to set you up for the day. There are more centrally located hotels in Kochin, however the homestay is close to the beach, and a rickshaw ride will only cost 20 rupees, or a 5-10 minute walk to the centre.

I would defintely recommend fellow travellers to stay here, particularly if you are in need of some rest following visiting other areas of India.
