The hotel is in a great location to all the tourist sites. The rooms are large and spacious although a bit dark. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was ok. Needed to chase up the kitchen staff as they seemed to go missing though. The quirky thing that this hotel has- is the lift. The aircon comes on full blast when the lift door closes.

This is a medium budget hotel. After having travelled the superb budget hotels in Northern India, this hotel was quite basic.
Positive: Big rooms with just the minimum of comfort you require if you are travelling a lot. To be fair, we didn’t miss anything. Clean and refreshing pool; hotel and restaurant were very clean. Complimentary Internet – it’s highly appreciated! Price-/performance is fine, but no luxury at all!
Service people are all nice and supportive, but perform on medium level. We asked for sealed water for teeth brushing, we got non-sealed bottles. Our bed was squeaking.
The surrounding of the hotel was very crowded on a Sunday and lots of waste was around the area outside the hotel. Actually we are happy to start our backwaters tour tomorrow – we hope to find a cleaner and more relaxing surrounding.

Nice large rooms, well located and clean. The staff very helpful with transport and willing to provide a packed breakfast as we needed to be up very early for a flight. Free wifi only near the pool, but ran very quickly.

Was here on a 3 day holiday with my partner. Nice hotel, good quiet location. The pool was nice and relaxing. The food was particularly nice. The fish masala was really good. The breakfast was simple but very good.
Well located hotel to explore this lovely city. Also tried some of the local restaurants. I quite also enjoyed the bar in the hotel- nice and cool after a long day of sightseeing.

Great hotel in a great location. The Kilians is a rather new hotel build in a hacienda style. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Bathroom is big and clean. Towles get changed every day and there is a opportunity to get beach towels if you go out on the beach.
The restaurant at the ground floor offers perfect seafood.
You also get perfect tips from the staff were to go to drink and eat outside the hotel.
We would recommend The Killians to everybody.

Room Tip: Second Floor room 201 is recommended - better view and more light. Do not rely on agreement with ma...

Hotel is opposite the ferry and most attractions in fort Cochin are within walking distance. Food was good, though slightly pricey. There is a small pool but in an odd location where you feel very watched. We never saw anyone use it. There is free wifi but only in the communal areas where also the musquito's are. Room was ok with queen size bed, tv, aircon and safe (though ours did not work).

Room Tip: Room 206 is bigger than most, however next to the elevator. Fortunately it appears to be seldom used...

Stayed for 2 nights in November and found it to be an ideal location for the delightful Fort Kochi. The rooms are large and simply furnished but with everything you need. The shower area islike a full wet room and again very spacious. Food and service are good and very good value meals are readily available. Very good location and will certainly stay again if in Fort Kochi.
