We had breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, during the recent visit, we enjoyed the quality of food, especially the lunch served on the plantants leaves, its called 'Sathya' food, with red-rice which famous kerala rice, we liked it very much. It is worth for the money paid. Restaurant is very clean, super service & tastety food.

“Awesome place! Yummy Dosa! perfect end to a hectic day..”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 25, 2013

BTH is known for its vegetarian fare and yummy dosas..so when I was here for dinner, I didn't miss the chance...The place is on by-pass so there is no way you can miss this..the property is beautifully developed with walls painted with mural paintings, contains couple of restaurants, coffee bar and a part hall...

Coming to the food, what i had was a lovely crisp paper roast which tasted yummy with sambar and 2 types of chutney. My in laws, who were with me had roti with vegetable kheema and vegetable kholapuri which was prepared very well..Gravies were with the just the right amount of spice, not greasy and most importantly - didn't cause trouble with my tummy.

you got to have the spicy rasam which for the first time, I see in soups section. Everyone one of us had and it did knock out few of cold virus I had :-)

Overall, an excellent place to be with family, for couple, friends and whatever section TripAdvisor has in "what sort of Visit was this"

I'd definitely go back for the love of food.

“GOOD FOOD. LIMITED MENU.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 18, 2013

We visited with family on our vacation trip to Cochin on 08/11/13. The location was good as it was close to TDM hall. The ambience of the restaurant was also great. The service was also fairly quick compared to most restaurants across India.
The food was good. Especially the chutneys are simply awesome. Even my 5 year old son who normally does not have chutnies at any restaurant liked it here.

The number of items on menu in the evenings is far less compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Hence it would be great if the items can be increased.

“Nice farewell to Kochi”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 10, 2013

After sightseeing we asked the cab driver to stop for lunch at a nice place-may not be very fanciful or posh but food should be tasty and wholesome. He took us to Sarovaram where we entered its vegeterian restaurant. It being lunch time,we found banana leaves on our table instead of the customary menu.We liked the food as the vegetables were cooked with coconut and its oil too was used which is also a feature of Mangalore cuisine.Curd was set in a steel glass and the dessert was quite good. The only thing not to my liking was the lukewarm drinking water.Considering its overall ambience the pricing is reasonable.

i went during a business trip and i really liked in alien kerala , where the rice was boiled and water was warm.

the hotel has various options of alacarte and buffet where the taste was a heaven to tastebuds unlike usual blandness.
