Amazingly kept natural surrounding and clean temple. Easily accessible by road or by local bus. Temple food is wonderful.

This temple is around 45 minutes from Mangalore, and there are ample buses from Mangalore that ply to this place. The temple is on the banks of a river (nandini, I suppose) and can be seen. The temple itself is very well maintained and is clean - and is not one of those temples that are overcrowded. Once inside the temple, there is not much to do, except to pray and seek blessings. Accommodation is also available on payment basis, but I guess it would be more convenient to stay at Mangalore

It is a good place, clean and maintained. The Inner part of the temple is very pure and enchanting. But, it is very far from the city. It takes us about 45 mins to one hour to reach there. Also, there is no other place which you can do on the way.
