My association with brahmin's bar is more than 15 years now. The menu has not changed and so also the quality. I will take a bet with anyone in the world to show me better idlies than these ! They have expanded their space in the recent past and the erstwhile coffee maker has been "promoted " to become F&B Manager . The owner used to be the F&B Manager earlier and I think one of the main criteria for the succession plan- in my estimate- the new incumbent must develop that scruffy voice while shouting the orders ! It is an experience not to be missed. Don't also miss that old "uncle" who patiently serves their trademark chutney. But, the restaurant wont open on Sundays. I have spoken several times about this to Mr Adiga. Like the taste of his products, he does not want to change this practice also. On other days the closing of the restaurant depends on when the dough gets over !
