This was a good hotel. Service Levels are excellent. I have not seen such service levels anywhere in India yet including 5-stars. Quick Check-In, Quick Check-Out. No unnecessary charges. Staff very helpful, very cooperative.

The hotel is Bang near the Station. Thats the only good part.
The room rate was Rs 4500 per day , you enter the hotel it feels like a lodge worth Rs 1500.
The rooms given had NO WINDOWS - FEELING LIKE STAYING IN A JAIL.I have stayed all over India , @ Rs 4500 this is the Worst Hotel you can get in India. The service though was good. When asked for room change , i was informed that Premium rooms with windows are not available. After an discussion i was give 2 corner rooms with windows & one without.
Really Big mistake staying in this Hotel. Would have not felt bad if i had paid 1/2 the rate.I think You can book much better hotel in bangalore then this.
Strictly AVOID.

Room Tip: donot book this hotel.

Don't expect a 5 stars hotel treatment. Its just nice and OK to me for convenient, because its right next to the Majestic, central bus station and Bangalore Train station. You can also ride the airport bus at the Majestic. Good for those who are travelling by bus or train out of Bangalore. The room are OK, clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Reception are courteous when I arrived at 3am in the morning and they could not find my reservation. They allowed me to check-in first and will consult the manager in the morning. It turned out OK. Include breakfast, which is not fantastic, but can fill my hunger. They put me in a spacious room without view, but very quiet for sleeping. TV with many channels to keep me occupy at night. There are no night activities there other than the 2 stations passengers coming and going 24hrs. I had a little bit of time and took a rickshaw from the train station rickshaw stand, with fixed price, to MG road for shopping. Coming back from MG at least I know what price to pay and pick one that agree with my price. They are suppose to use the meter, but as a foreigner, chances are they never want to.

Stayed for two days after seeing the review from this website. Location is excellent, right next to the central railway station. While booking, the hotel did not mention any thing about the need for an extra bed for a family of four. But after checking in, we found that the bed is too small for four and asked for an extra bed. The receptionist informed that it would cost INR.500 more per night and they brought a dirty extra bed which got covered with a clean bed sheet. The buffet breakfast was good one day and average the other day.First day, they informed buffet lunch is available and when we went to the restaurant,we were informed that the buffet was prepared for Jains without Onions,Garlic and Non veg items. We said we do not want the buffet and ordered the items which were not upto the mark..The room service response was pathetically slow most of the times. Otherwise, the people were friendly and helpful.
