The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Everything we would have wanted from a 4 star hotel...the manager gave us a discount as we were staying for several nights with our family. Within walking distance of good shopping and a quick richaw to take us everywhere. Huge living room to entertain guests and hang out, etc. Also very good food every morning (they made special vegetarian dishes for our family as well).

Only problem was that there was some construction noise going on outside place late at night...but was not a problem for someone who has air-conditioning on. If that was not happening during our stay, I would have rated this place a 5.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and was really happy with Sterling Suites on Residency Rd. Surprisingly there isn't a lot of reviews on the internet for them considering they have been around for a few years...

The price was OK, about 2500 /rs for a decent size room, cable TV, balcony and daily housekeeping service and breakfast.

In-room safe, opens out to a nice large communal lounge area and kitchen, VERY VERY VERY clean - I did not see one insect in the whole place... or even any dirt

The hotel was very quiet, and the staff are available 24/7 which was handy for me who was there on business starting at 3am each morning

Hidden away off Hayes Crossing Road, it was a good walk to MG road and Brigade road, and very close to Richmond Road and Residency Road

They have a good airport transfer service

There is a restaurant on the roof top serving free breakfast daily (not lunch or dinner)
The breakfast gets a little bit repetative, they basically serve a masala omelete with fruit every morning - very nice - but they could mix it up a bit

The staff were EXCELLENT!!!

DO NOT USE THE IN HOUSE PHONE - that was my fault it costed so much, but it is very expensive
