I stayed for 13 nights from mid-late April 2013, while visiting my company's Electronic City. There are different room rates and packages, but mine included airport pickup and drop off, and drop off and pick up at the office daily, as well as breakfast and dinner daily. As a female traveler arriving alone in Bangalore at 1am, I was grateful that the driver was there and I didn't have tofigure out other arrangements.
The room was quite spacious, and as others have mentioned, fully equipped with a variety of toiletries. Slippers were also in the room, although a bathrobe didn't show up until the last day. The only quibble I had about the room was that there wasn't an alarm clock/clock radio: as someone who likes to hit the snooze button a couple of times in the morning, having to get up to a wake up call took some getting used to. AC was really good.
Meals were in The Lobby Cafe: I found the selection at the dinner buffet to offer me a good variety of choices (although I was avoiding meat), and there were a couple of items I would have liked to have seen repeated. There was a chef available at breakfast to do eggs to order, and at dinner to do pasta to order. On the mezzanine level, there was the Aura bar (with live music week nights) and a swimming pool. Staff everywhere in the hotel were attentive.
