This was indeed a nice place to stay in a very quiet and upstreet locality in Benguluru..... The staff were friendly and courteous ..... At first they put me on a ground floor room close to the parking lot , but immediately changed it as soon as I called up the front desk at 1 AM!!!!!
It has nice restaurants as well and is perfect for a quiet getaway in the heart of green bangalore .......................

Far much below standards of the Accor Group. Rooms need refreshment,and are not properly cleaned and for everything you have to pay. ( Returned to my room at 05:00PM and my room was not cleaned) Even for Bangalore standards prices are much higher than elswere. Staff is deliberately misguiding you with smiling face on tariffs , taxes, charges and finally you pay much more than expected. And the most important thing is checking your minibar consumption and charge you 300% more for Mars or Twix............
Beware of th location which is very far from the airport. While planning your return count at least 2 hours to get there......
There are so many better places in Bangalore.

At to visit my office in Koramangala, Bangalore. Usually the office folks used to book me at other hotels like the Royal Orchid or the Park. This time I was put up in "Grand Mercure". The Location of the hotel is quite interesting and appealing to me, it is away from all the noises of being on a main road. It is right in the residential area! Infact I mistook it for a luxury appartments. The best part was the pool!, i loved it a lot. The food is good and has got nice variety though on the expensive part.
