Recently we visited this place at high noon settled in an urban area of Bangalore, tucked on level one of Inn-Orbit Mall is a delightful Restaurant .

This spot radiates gentle freshness and soothing vibrations with its homey and unwind elegant decor like Colourful Indian drum lamps, vibrant potted plant against the black backdrop and natural light adds serenity to your senses. In addition to this, it is mewed-up with the vintage kitchen utensils like the cutlery frames adorned on wall, aluminium kettles, tiffin box lamps and earthen pots gives an ethnic look to the place Basically it a modern cum conventional restaurant.

It is quite spacious and have comfortable wooden settee with a good music in the background.

Menu is a mix of North, South and Maharashtrian Cuisine ranging from Chaats to desserts. They do have good varieties of starters, curries avail in both Veg and Non-veg and awesome varieties of bread. Serves quality food, good portion in least time.

BEVERAGE :
CHOCOLATE SHAKE : This Chocolate frothy Shake is a chilled fuse of Chocolate flavoured Ice-cream and Milk gives a nice chocolatey sweet flavour which was literally needed to cool down my senses

APPETISERS
KAROL BAGH KE ALOO TIKKI AUR CHOLE : This Chaat seems typical outwardly, but it rolled an indelible hunch on us made with spicy cum palatable Aloo tikki, flawless tangy Chole, freshly chopped tomatoes, onions, splashes of tamarind, mint chutney and yogurt strewed fully with mini sev and cilantro on top.

CHANDANI CHOWK KI PALAK PATTA CHAAT : Crispy Batter fried Spinach crammed with finely diced tomato, onions, creamy yogurt, tamarind chutney, sev and chopped cilantro is a subtle veggie chat. If you are bored of having regular chaat, you can’t go wrong with this.

AATISH-E-ALOO : Savoury Minced Cottage Cheese globs cocooned with freshly lightly seasoned clean cut boiled potato rolls flared with toasted sesame seeds served on white plate enhances the colour of the dish accompanied by spiced Onion rings and a streak of mint chutney is one of the superb veg app.

KURKURE PANEER : Perfectly golden fried Cottage cheese rectangular blocks served in fryer are very crispy outside and immensely soft inside is a nice side dish to your main course.

GHEE ROAST CHICKEN : Succulent morsels of chicken striking in dark red hued packed with innate flavours of spices, cooked onions and aromatic curry leaves and fresh iota of cilantro as a finishing touch is a raving Chicken app roasted in ghee.

CHICKEN AFGANI : These charred whitish ultra-tender mouthful pieces of Chicken very well steeped with fine cashew paste and grilled to perfection served on banana leaf gives a traditional touch flared with cheese shaving and cilantro tid-bit and onion loops on sides is an appetisingly tasteful starter.

ZAFRANI KEBAB :These appealing yellowish hued Bite-sized Chicken Circlets marinated with white pesto and exquisitely chargrilled stuffed with a mix of tiny chicken pieces garnished with cilantro are highly palpable with a dainty tone.

CHICKEN KABULI : Tendering grilled breast of Chicken wind-up in a admix of yogurt and Kashmiri Chilli donned with cilantro delights with its fab flavours.

MAIN-COURSE :

CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA WITH MASHED POTATOES : Before quickly putting a different spin to their signature dish by revealing its not a app but its a entree, Well it was also our first time to have this rumbustious red Chicken tikka’s richly imbued with the masalas to the hilt accompanied by copious amount of creamy mashed potatoes is spellbinding when paired with Breads.

MURGH MAKHANI VILAYATI STYLE : This Orangish Red hued thick Curry is a wondrous medley of soft, juicy and chewy Chicken pieces and pleasant profusion of spices with a eddy of cream on top goes great with garlic Naan.

LUCKNOWI CHICKEN BIRYANI : This blazing hot aromatic Biryani is a delicious pot-pourri of big chunks of tender chicken, long grained rice and host of spices tart-up with deep fried onion flakes, white rice and cilantro served with Raita exudes a stunning savour.

BREADS :

Its the first time ever, We had this Turmeric hued MISSI ROTI donned with onion and cilantro cuts surprisingly tasted good with curries. Same with TAFTAAN NAAN as well; it was hot, fresh and easy to rip. Apart from this, CHURA PARATHA and GARLIC NAAN were also too good to wipe the curry.

DESSERT :

MALPUA WITH RABADI : There are very rare places in Bangalore that serves Malpua and after got to know it is get-at-able in this restaurant we tried it; Deep-fried hot dessert slabs with lightly hint of Cardamom lathered with creamy Rabadi gives a perfect sweetness with a crunch from almonds. If you want to munch Malpua and Rabdi differently, you can ask for them for it.

CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM : Ice-cream is always a treat for me and this Chocolate flavoured Ice-cream is deep-freeze, chocolaty and vaguely sweet, the way I liked.

Staff is prudent and hospitable and make sure they serves the best possible food in best prices.

All in all its a great place to have lunch or dinner with your friends, family or squad and we highly recommend to try North-Indian cuisine here.

Everyday they come up with some offer on food except Friday like Magic Meals, Buffet discount and breads. So go grab the table and enjoy the meal to the fullest.

Located in Inorbit Mall, this place is one of the best for typical north indian style food and is pretty reasonable as well.

Starting with ambience, this place is neatly decorated and well lit with natural light. One side of the wing is completely glass which reflects natural light in the restaurant during the day.

Service: The service is a plus as they were able to cater a full house crowd.

The F&B we tried are as follows:

Lassi - loved it, but can be on a heavier side considering buffet.

Jeera chaash Shake : A must try.

Starters which are my personal favourite are:-

Ajwaini fish tikka
Dahi papdi chat
Lasooni Chicken Tikka
Stuffed wild Mushroom
Chilli chicken tikka

Main course:-
Amritsari khulcha - soft flat bread - loved it!
Kolhapuri Mutton Boneless:- Chicken was tender, loved the balance of the spices.
Keema Naan :- stuffing was done right - a must try
Lucknow Chicken Biryani :- Could have been better, needed a bit more marination.

Dessert:-
Gulab Jamun :- Hot jamuns, was done to perfection- Delicious!

Verdict:

Food:-4.5/5
VFM:- 5/5

Parking Available in the basement of the mall.

The craving for North Indian food brought me to this outlet. Situated on level 1 of the Inorbit mall, the place is easily located

The ambience is pleasing with well lit seating. The scorching sun prompted us to order beverages and when you have a North Indian menu, you need not think twice. We ordered the following:
Beverages
1. Punjabi lassi (optimal sweetness, smooth in texture)
2. Homemade ginger lemonade (refreshing)
3. Virgin mojito (the good old drink, well presented)
4. Jaljeera (refreshing, would have loved

The appetizers options here we're plentiful and there was a considerable discussion on what we should go for
Appetizers
1. Chefs special kebab platter (loved the lahsuni tikka here, other two items- murg afghani and chicken Tikka we're okayish)
2. Chefs special vegetarian platter (atishay aloo, veg seekh kebab and paneer Tikka..the veg kebab would be my pick)
3. Palak patta chaat (good though nothing like a north Indian chaat)
4. Karol bagh ke tikki and chhole( excellent dish, beautifully spices, the chickpeas were well cooked)
5. And Cilantro chai - the diluted version of the banal tomato soup- it was good, very moderately spiced

We took a while to order the main course during to the super heavy and fat laden apperizers
Main course
1. Malai kofta -sweet cheese balls in creamy gravy; well prepared
2. Rajasthani papad ki sabzi- this for me was the highlight; the tomato gravy was well spiced and papad pieces made it heavenly
3. Paneer lababdar- cottage cheese cooked in a yogurt based thick sauce, could taste the onions there, decent preparation

The vegetarian options at this place are plenty and worth trying as well

To wrap the wholesome meal, we ordered the cherry on the cake.. desserts
1. Malpua with Rabri -overtly sweet for me, however it was fresh
2. Gulab jamun- okayish
3. Chocolate ice cream- it was not an in-house prep, but was good

Overall, the place is good. Clean, fresh and fast..just like one would like. I would prefer to have ala carte instead of the buffet

Ambience-4/5, the presentation of the dishes can be improved eg giving lassi in an earthern glass or steel container instead of wine glass..
Taste-4/5
Service-5/5
Value for money-4/5 good quantities for the price quoted

Even though we went to this place around the time the place was almost empty - the service was super slow. We had only a few people in the restaurant but still the service was slow. The manager did acknowledge it at the end but how does that help when you have had a bad experience.
No complains about the food though but they need to be a bit professional about it. We had a couple of starters and the main course was also decent - nothing too great about it.
How I wish they improve some of their north indian delicacies like they claim.
