Travelled on honeymoon a year back in June 2012. We got this package done kind of as a last minute arrangement and it turned out well over our expectations.
Touch point started with Ajay who facilitated the booking and the arrangements. He was a warm, straightforward, chap and he dealt with transparency. Entering the hotel, we were a bit hesitant since the entry view is not that great, maybe owing also to the location of hotel (not exactly on Naggar Roadside and is built on a slope). But worries settled down, once we were welcomed warmly and were shown the awesome Luxury room. The room with the breathtaking view of the snowclad Himalayas and the gurgling Beas and the lush greenery just outside made up half the honeymoon :)
Extremely cordial personnel in charge of service. Room service was brilliant and I had no qualms thrusting 200 bucks (if I rememberright) into the hands of our caretaker when we left. We were pampered by the staff. Food was very good as well whether we went ala carte or buffet. Loved the honeymoon cake too.
The travel arrangement to and fro between Delhi-Manali was spot on and was done with good operators. The only thing I had a bit of trouble was with the cab arrangement for the third day - the driver proved a bit greedy, but we managed to learn his trick of the trade before he could fleece...Travelled on honeymoon a year back in June 2012.
