There are hardly any adverse or negative feedback about the hotel... and i had all the doubts in my mind, while i booked the hotel... but would say that we were not disappointed at the end...

Positives:
Isolated from city... there is no hustle bustle around and it is only the sound of river you can hear... Nice view from the rooms... top floor offers some good views... friendly staff... responsive management (owner) and they are willing to help you to the extent possible... the PLUS point is the room size... and it is best suited if you have kids around... rooms are too spacious... bathrooms / towel / bedsheets were all neat and clean... electric kettle is available in the room... once can enjoy the cool breeze and calmness of weather in the balcony... a open area restaurant / dinning area is an add-on and kids also enjoy the same... bathrooms are also adequately spaced...

Negatives (nothing adverse but based on our experience and can be only one of such instance):
It is too far from the city and the approach to the hotel may become a issue during peak season time, as one need to cross entire city to reach to the place and it may take upto 2 Hrs (we experienced the same)... and to add further to the chaos, the approach road is very narrow and you might be required to do multiple to and fro in case some other vehicle come from other side... staff appears to be a little unprofessional and for each and every thing you need to contact the management (owner), which at times appear to be little unfriendly and inconvenient...

hotel does not have any power back-up arrangement and one may have to even face non-availability of water, in case the power cut is long enough (we experienced it) and it almost ruined our trip as there was very little or no effort by the hotel staff to provide even a bucket of water (even when the river is flowing just 100 meter away)... all you can see the blank and helpless faces of the staff at reception and the only reply made available was water will come once the electricity supply is restored... at the end after 3/4 follow-up and after getting little aggressive, we were provided with one bucket of water... hope it might be the only and one of such instance and is not a routine...

the guy at reception give more importance to his cell phone rather than attending to the guests and you need to do 3/4 follow-up with them for each and every thing... don't know if it is due to lack of staff or otherwise... but response is really not up to the mark... parking space is little cramped, in case there happens to be full house...

bathroom wiper should also be provided as it gets too wet once you have a bath...

there is no lift, which i guess is a common feature across manali and one need to climb up to 3/4 floors...

W.r.t hospitality / gesture, i would like to add that management (owner) need to identify the genuineness of the guests and should go beyond hotel policy norms as a gesture or sign of good hospitality... i found it funny to hear that Rs 500.00 / Day will be charged in case some one uses a induction heater (even if some one uses it for entire day the charges will not be more than Rs 250.00)... and all this was when we wanted to cook some food for the small kids (age between 1-3 years)... while, we appreciate that you offered us to utilize your kitchen etc. for the same, but not everyone is comfortable with cooking in a kitchen where non-veg is cooked and no one else can prepare the food like a mother... you guys could have said that we can use the induction heater in front of the reception area, if you was that suspicious about the misuse of electricity...

food was tasty but was too oily...

Overall, considering the location and room size it is worth to stay at the place... however, a little improvement in the hospitality and professional approach of the staff is what one misses and needs to be looked into...

The non-availability of water and not able to ascertain the genuineness of the guests (for using an induction heater) brought a little discomfort / dissatisfaction within us and i am forced to rate you Average instead of Very Good... but considering ours a one of experience, we will still recommend the hotel for a comfy and cosy stay...

It was our second visit to Manali and the experiance staying at Celebriti was excellent. The hospitality of all the hotel staffs extended during our stay from 31st May till 3rd June is something I would always recommed to all.
The hotel is well maintained and serviced. The view from both the front and rear was amazing and specially the concept of every room being dedicated to a particular celebrity evokes you of comming back again and staying a few days with your favourite star.
Last but not the least... without forgetting to mention the warm hospitality of the hosts Mamta and Shitij. It was really great guys... keep up the good work...we would come back again.

Room Tip: Choose any of the rooms, all are great............ you could choose to spend a few days with your favourite celebrity...check it out !!

i would like to convey my experience with this hotel.it is just an year old and the experience is so terrible.the owners are quite rude and customer satisfaction is zero.low quality furniture and products.one should not go for this option as it is quite far and not accessible to the central place.

it was our first time to manali and our friend referred us to the newly opened Celebriti Hotel. We didn't know but we were in for a treat. amazing views on both sides, sitting in between orchards and the river Beas.....it was one of a kind experience. On top of that if you get to stay in your favourite celebrity rooms....it just adds up the experience. Thank you Mamta and sitij for make a wonderful memory of our holidays

Room Tip: higher floors get better views
