We loved this waterfall 0 hiking from the Northern approach was fun, but a bit steep! It's a bit confusing about whether you can go through the waterfall or not, as the signs say no but the locals say yes. Just be sensitive with leather products, etc.

the trek to jogini falls starts from the vashist temple .its not a very demanding trek and can be done with kids. my son who is 6 years old really enjoyed the trek. total time taken to reach the falls is approx 45 minutes - 1 hour.we did not do the trek to the summit of the falls .the trekking route is scenic .

A quick walk (about 20 minutes for the able-bodied, 45-min with small children) from Vashisht, past the bath and through the upper reaches of the village. The walk takes you through some very scenic country. The falls are not very great - the water drops in about five stages, the largest being about 60-ft, the total drop is barely a 130-140- ft (a guestimate). Nice picnicn spot, and good to spend a half morning.
