All the staff of the hotel are very friendly and fast in service...Mr. Anand taken a good care of our holiday and arranged everything like sightseeing, vehicle, bonfire in a nice way...all the cottages are situated in a very nice location and a very nice view of Snow cover mountains...The food we had was nice and Hygienic...Next time in Winter m surely gonna visit manali and will stay in this hotel only...

Room Tip: Best location/best service/lovely food and friendly staff...

We stayed there with family and kids and all enjoyed it together with a very good view, easy approach, good food and an excellent friendly service by its staff.

There are Apple orchids next to property.

Oh! how can we forget to experience an heavenly heavy snowfall for whole one day and night, just amazing view through snowfall.

We would go there once again if get a chance.

Room Tip: I think all rooms have a good front view however even back view is also good as there is a small hil...

it wasnt my first trip to manali but was my first trip to manali without a stay at banon resorts and it was indeed memorable because of following reasons-

1> best view from any resort or hotel in manali just imagine a view of snow peaked mountains at the top and besides it a pure white water river flowing along i personally felt like heaven

2> staff is kind and helpfull

3> its economical as well

4> cottages are designed like a swiss cottages

5> close to nature no disturbances at all, at night one can experience the soothing sound of flowing water

6> the specially imported restonic mattresses adds few more hours to your peace full sleep

if you are nature lover and are not used to stay at 5 stars look nowhere else this is the ideal place for you and your pocket !

Room Tip: for best view , book the cottage which is located towards extreme left side of the entrance gate it...

Love to visit again.

Room Tip: Pick the rooms on the front side.

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and had booked a complete cottage of 3 rooms. The kitchen was in the same cottage where the staff prepared meals for guest of the adjacent cottage.
In spite of giving our desired menu for dinner right in the morning (so that they have sufficient time), they could not prepare it in time. We had requested dinner by 8:00pm. The sweet corn soup for children had black pepper which the children could not consume when it finally arrived by 8:45. By 9:00pm the children were sleeping after eating hurriedly prepared rotis with the jam which we were caryying ourselves, being tired from day's excursions. We could finish our dinner by around 10pm. The staff was spending time preparing dinner for their caretaking manager (Mr. Tenzing) who kept eating on the dining table while we fiddled our thumbs waiting for our turn, right in from of him.
For the next day's breakfast we asked for bread and omlette but they were not carrying the raw meterial (eggs and bread). We settled for the parathas (which were good).

On the second day, we woke up to find there was no water in the bathrooms. The staff locks the cottage from outside and there was no way to reach them at 6:00am. I called up on the local manager's cell phone who promptly disconnected. Mr Anand did pick up the phone and promised to awaken the staf but to no avail. Finally I found that one of the kitchen windows could be opened and I could jump out of the window on to the ground outside. I went in search of some sign of staff in the vicinty. On circling the cottage i found a water tank with a pump attached to it. Making a guess I switched on the pump and soon water started flowing in the taps.

The cottage (like all other cottages in Manali) are pretty isolated and for food, you have to depend on the local kitchen. The kitchen that this cottage has a regular kitchen with only three burners. This is pretty inadequate for the number of people it serves.

This was off season when we went, and I don't know what will happen in full season when the cottages are completely occupied. To be fair to the staff, they are just not adequately equiped in terms of cooking equipment (utensils, burners), the raw materials (eggs, bread, curds, chicken etc) and the number of people doing the cooking.

The cottage was in general quiet clean. There was cigarrette smoke from the previous occupant in one of the rooms, but that went away after a day. The toilets have a problem of air locking the water flow if you are unlucky. Remember to switch on the water heaters very early because the water is very cold. You also should space the baths apart so that the heater gets the time to heat the incoming cold water. This is true of any heater in any cottage in this area.

The view is great if you get the right cottage.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the east and south have a good view of the mountains. The rooms facing the west and nor...
