Rooms are huge with equally big bathroom. Pool area is very nice, but the service was slower than expected. Buffet Staff is very attentive and the food is undoubtedly very good. Not much to do other than relax or read a book in the expansive lawns. Damdama lake is 5 minute drive but can be avoided as the road is not in good shape and nothing much to do at the lake. Takes nearly 1.5 hours to reach from center of Delhi. The resort is new and maybe they will add more activities so that guests can stay a bit longer. Food/Drinks are priced on the higher side. No option to dine nearby.

This is a very large property but still under development.Went there on a company offsite.Very nice lawns and the sitout is very nice. The rooms are in cottage style, the AC were operational but yet to reach optimum level.

The food and service on day one was atrocious , after lot of complaints , they got their act together on Day2 it almost reached the Taj level

It will be an awesome property , once they get their act together !

Room Tip: Reaching there is a problem , start early !

Although not fully ready yet, it is a beautifully designed property-better than the Taj Gateway label is expected for. The location is excellent once you negotiate through the crowded Sona Road out of Delhi for a quiet mini-break. The lobby and reception areas are very inviting. Service at Check in is quite efficient and the staff is very polite. Rooms are very big sized with flat TV, comfortable bed, tea/coffeemaker and not only the toiletries but accessories like yoga mat make you feel comfortable. Swimming pool is more decorative and for dipping than swimming at the moment. Another bigger one is assured-so is the spa. Horticulture work is still going on so it should be greener in times to come. The buffet Breakfast served is excellent with a few creative items as well. It would be unfair to comment on the service with the teething troubles that any new property might have. But the Room Service needs to be spruced up badly. I don't remember one request that was complied with-certainly below par for a Taj property. Don't be taken in by 'Lake Damdama'-the lake was never safe place to visit and in any case, you are advised never to step out of the property. 'Resort' could be a misnomer as there are not enough activities to keep busy right now. But the place is an oasis for the city dwellers and would be a great getaway when things fall fully in place. Definitely worth a revisit- and not only once but I would lower my expectations of service.Full marks for the staff being extremely polite though. And lastly, the Wi-Fi works and is complimentary-a bonus.

Room Tip: You may want to be closer to the reception ann restaurants. They have carts but perhaps not to ferry guests-looks like that anyway.

Good place for a weekend, very courteous and professional staff. Reasonably good rooms, good swimming pool. Good sit out and well maintained lawns. Gym, quality of TV and restaurant spread could improve to take to next level.

The property is beautifully built and well maintained. The decor is a combination of rustic and futuristic. There are sculptures made of recycled machine parts which really give a good ambiance to the place. The pool is also great, heated and open to the guests almost all the time. And for those with kids, there is a play room as well as a playground. Sure to be a hit with the little ones. For the adults there's foosball, table tennis, carrom and swimming.

But most of all, the service is brilliant and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us for a surprise birthday party. Kudos to the restaurant manager, servers and chef for making the day special for us. The food is great (grilled fish was my favorite) and one of the times when the dish wasn't as good, the chef graciously redid it and brought it back to life.

Great weekend getaway. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms have nice sit-out area.
