I visited 361 in afternoon for coffee n snacks with my friend. Location was nice of the hotel bt service was ridiculous. I ordered 1 black coffe with espresso n some potato wedges, d service took nearly 25 minutes for the same n when the coffee arrived der was an insect in the same. Upon telling to replace the same there was another insect. Inspire of my worst experience and not having coffee I was charged and was not evn apologised by d restaurant manager Arjun who was present. I think d staff need to learn d basic of service industry, m myself being wid a same back ground know d same, It applied my entire mood n was my worst experience over there
