Ambience, food quality, portion size, service, people, smiling faces, decent prices(really????)- you name it and you have it.

Overall nicest experience in Gurgaon. Must go

but the sad part is they do not have any loyalty program. We go there once a month but have not received any discount or nice deal.

The ambiance of this restaurant is very good , but the food is not up to the mark.
Pricing is high but the food quality/taste is average.

After hearing reviews from friends and after seeing this restaurant which seemed so upmarket in sector 29 amongst all the fast food joints near by we decided to give a try at the Cream centre.

The restaurant was empty on a saturday . No guest till 1300 hrs on a weekend! Looked at the menu which looked full of new items . But i need to mention the prices were quite exorbitant .My daughter was very hungry and we ordered for the main course immediately . This took some time till the order came across.

Well my first reaction on seeing the food was not so great as the portion was too less for the money charged. The food looked tempting but the taste was not upto the expectations.

We had ordered for sizzlers too and that too was a disappointment. Paneer sabzi was watery and capsicum which were added to it was raw.

We really did not enjoy the weekend lunch that we were looking forward too.

But every person has their own palate and i would sincerely say that if you are going to experiment then go ahead due to variety of choices but keep in mind the rates which are in line with the Gurgaon rates..

When it comes to pure vegetarian food, mostly the options available are North Indian food joints like Om Sweets, Nathus, Haldiram or Bikanerwala or the South Indian joints like Naivedyam. Most of these are typically self service or fast food mode restaurants with experience not really the main objective. Cream Centre fills this gap providing with a pure vegetarian food with an ambience and experience of fine dining.
Menu is limited but good.Sizzlers, Nachos are a must try. Potata Rahra Masala was a delight but Paneer Makhni was the most avoidable.
Another feature is the option of "Jain Food" which is available for several dishes.
Overall its a nice experience and worth a try if you are a vegetarian and looking for a nice sit-out meal relaxing with family.

Cream Centre has proved to be a lovely little place with a mix of world cusine but in limited quantity unlike restaurants that just make their menus filled up with everything possible. CC focuses of a few dishes from the different parts of the world adding a twist of their own to them.

Their signature chola bhatura is amazing, and so are their sizzlers, and Mexican food. The pasta is delicious and pizza is yummy, but then again everything is goes well with a glad of cold Lime Ice Soda.

Unfortunately the last couple of times their service has been slow, at times we've had to remind them that one or two items are still missing. Maybe it might be a good idea to inform the customer if any particular item takes a long time to cook.

The restaurant, although slightly more expensive than similar places, is a great change and I look forward to frequenting it whenever I can.

Try: Lime Ice Soda, Chola Bhatura, Nachos, Margarita Pizza, one of their signature Baked pasta dishes.

Avoid: The Mexican sizzler and that's about it so far that I haven't enjoyed.
