Description: Enter the most buzzing restaurant where the menu is designed to give you a high five on flavours. This hip eatery serves up flavours based on herbs, citrus, smoked, spirits and fruit under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Sanjeev Chopra. While you’ll delight in Italian and French cuisine from Europe, the Mediterranean spread covers Morocco, Turkey & Lebanon. While Chinese, Japanese, Malay and Singaporean dishes add Pan Asian excitement. Challenge the chefs to conjure local gems from Haryana and the surrounding local villages. Like the Kaithalwali bajra khichdi served with raabdi (whole wheat flour & buttermilk). Simple yet divine. Here’s a secret, one chef in this all-day-diner is from Salwan, Haryana, and has since childhood being mastering the cuisine of the Banjaras, a gypsy nomadic tribe from the north western region of India. Find out who that chef is and also coax him to make his Banjara delights, besides the most mouthwatering biriyani, kebabs and dal makhani. Adding to the latest innovations in the restaurant is the open show kitchen where a beechovenpizza company manufactured earth stone pizza oven bakes wood-flavoured pizzas. Try the Florence mascarpone spinach pizza. Also lava stone and earth ovens make grills, meats & vegetables come alive with flavour.

Newly opened at Gurgaon, it is well located and one of the few luxury hotels in the main Gurgaon area. It is close to Fortis Hospital and close to HUDA metro station. It is a godsend when we don't want to drive down all the way close to the border to visit the other hotels. Latitude gives a feeling of space with high ceilings, an al-fresco dining area and water bodies surrounding it.

Food was great with enough variety to cater to different pallettes - besides the standard Mediterranean, Mexican, pan-Asian, there is a wellness menu (especially if one has over-indulged during the holidays) and a 'Comfort food" section as well. There are sugar free options in the dessert section too. The food tasted great without being greasy and heavy. Try out the herb-crusted fish, it was absolutely out of this world .We found the Continental food better than the Chinese though.

When we visited they didn't have a liquor license and was expected in a few days. We tried the mocktails which were really good. Try out the virgin mojitos.

Service as expected was upto Taj standards.
