Went for lunch @ Threesixtyone , The Oberoi, Gurgaon.
The first thing that hits you smack between the eyes is the opulence of the property itself.
The restaurant is located adjacent to the large water body, which lends its very calming aura to the surroundings.
But enough about that.
The food service was fantastic and prompt. The food itself was excellent. I cant recall in detail what we ordered but i remember a noodle dish and a fish portion which were just delectable.

Overall I had a wonderful time dining @ Threesixtyone.
Oh also, they have a wonderful pastry shop. Worth checking out. It also stocks a decent wine collection.

Arrived at the fantastoc Oberoi Hotel in Gurgaon after an overnight flight from London. Although I arrived at lunch time I thought I would wait to eat in the evening as I had eaten on the plane.

However as I was reading through the hotel literature I noticed that the Sunday Lunch buffet looked great and good value so changed my mind.

The staff at the restaurant are fantastic and if I had a critism is that they are too good - immediately they are there when you stand up from your seat, when your glass is empty or plate needs changing.

The buffer was very good - in particular the sushi was first class. Tried a little bit of everything - dim sum, nice selection of salads as well as Chinese and Indian selections.

There was also an excellent wine list (with a nice choice of champagne) but as I needed to stay awake to avoid jet lag I just went for soft drinks.

Stayed at the hotel for a few nights and so eat breakfast in the same restaurant each morning and once again the food and service was very goo.

I stayed at the next door Trident Hotel but find 361 as the better restaurant than the ones at Trident. Both hotels belong to same owner and I can sign up my bill to the room.
I really enjoy the Chinese main dishes and come back to this restaurant for 3 straight dinners in a roll. Foods taste very authentic and services are 2nd to none.
Really recommend. Pricewise, you may find some good quality bargain in fried rice, noddle main dishes. They taste very good too.

‎361 , The Oberoi , Gurgaon . Champagne Sunday brunch , was a pleasure . This beautiful hotel houses 361 the stunning restaurant that almost opens up onto a huge water body . Very effective ! The entire restaurant has a happy feeling of space , air and light .
The food was excellent with well thought out selections from their Chinese , Western, Japanese ,Indian, Teppanyaki kitchens . The salad bar was a pleasant surprise with interesting Japanese salads and amazing prawns in white wine … and an excellent squid salad .
Confit de canard would do any French Chef proud . The Indian selection was also excellent , great nihari and Biryani .
Dessert selection was average - which is my experience in every restaurant to date .
Service is efficient and friendly , my overall experience was excellent - a sentiment shared by all of us at lunch .
Average cost is Rs 3300/ after taxes , which also includes unlimited moet chandon champagne , wines , etc .
Try out this buffet brunch - unlike many other buffets , here they dont fill the tables with crappy dishes ! I would rate it 8/10
