Never knew that such a food destination is available with a Brazil and New Zealand delights. when first saw the place, got very excited to see the whole some of carnivores stuff. Started with the grilled chicken and lamb, but got dissapointed. the food was also not hot. Only soups were good but rest was of no big shakes. No doubt, the ambience is impressive and the atmosphere created is also different. But the food was not upto expectation

Carnivores delight make sure you have enough room before you go. The salad selection was excellent (parma ham with melon, salmon with dill, smoked chesses, bellpepers is what i had from a cornucopia of delightful choices) and was complemented by a great selection of house made breads. Coming to the set menu went for the Nove Increvel (The Incredible Nine) and it truly was incredible the Chef comes to your table an carves out the meat or presents the seafood/duck. The chicken (Coxa De Frango – chicken leg dusted with special seasoning) was succulent and well done.

The Lamb (aleta De Cordiero – New Zealand Lamb leg flavoured with mint and home ground spice) was an absolute delight a real showstopper especially with the well complemented pineaple chili sauce.

Fraldinha – tenderloin fillets was absolutely spot on just the right side of medium perfectly balance with the right amount of seasoning I quite liked it with a little bit of horseradish.

The Camarao (Arabian Jumbo prawns in garlic, white wine and mustard) was exceptionally done perfectly cooked and again really went well with the horseradish dip.

These were the standouts but the bacon wrapped chicken, the salmon, pork sausage, pork fillet and duck were also great.

We finished with the house chocolate igloo (really meany chocolate bon bons filled with vanilla ice cream). Mark of good food is when 2-3 hours pass by without you even noticing this was one of em. Pricey but well worth it as a treat, Mucho Obrigado.

Tried this twice while staying in the hotel. First time we order the 3 course option and only got one round of each offered and were even told they only offer once but we were tired so didn't care too much. Second time around we were offered multiple times and left the place well stuffed, strange that it was such a varied result on two visits?
Food itself was quite tasty and they will cook it too your liking.

Before i Start i must advice that in my opinion this place is only suited for meat eaters, Although they offer choices for Vegetarians but might sound like a compromise.

The chef a native Brazilian, swears for his food and said that some meats are imported from Brazil and the carved meats are lovely and flavours are original with good accompaniments.

They offer 3-4 types of set menu where you could choose from 3 types of meats moving to top end offering with seafood etc.

Overall a good exotic yet fine dine experience with great experience .. Vegetarians may get disappointed.

The title could truly summarize my opinion about Wildfire.

The meat is good, and you will eat plenty of it, and the ambience is nice, even if I do not really enjoy empty class restaurants, but it is simply to much expensive.
They have 3 menus (the 9 specials, the 5 specials and the 3 specials); I ordered the 5 one with regular water and a simple cocktail and paid something around 45/50 USD.

All considered, the restaurant is nice, the meat is great and the staff is kind (even if they were trying to make me feel guilty because I didn't want to order some wine) but I would probably not get back there because of the prices. There are cheaper places to have dinner in Gurgaon that offer the same quality.

Oh, and it is inside the Crown Plaza Today, a big hotel in Gurgaon.
