One of the cheaper places in Ambience Mall - Gurgaon where the buffet was for Rs. 595 plus tax. The buffet was a variety of Indian vegetarian with Chaat, Veg Thin Crust Pizza, Dal, Rice, Veg Korma, Soup, Papad etc. The non-veg section was mainly chicken (Indian style gravy and dry Thai), Shavarma style with wrap as well. There was Chicken Biryani and a seafood gravy.
Breads were brought fresh to the table.
Sweets were good with Moonga Dal Halwa, Cake with chocolate dip, pastries etc.
The kids could eat the chaat, the non-spicy egg salad and the cakes.
Overall it was not a large spread, nor was there anything outstanding in the buffet, but was palatable and cheaper as compared to the restaurants near the food court in the Ambience Mall.

I had visited this place many a times in the past years. Have also reviewed it in 2011. It is my sons fav buffet place. I was with my family for a lunch meal to on 24th Feb 2013. The Food spread was changed ..Good..but the quality has surely gone down. The Chicken (sizzler) was a bit raw..Same with the Chicken main course dish. The Mutton biryani also was very ordinary. Though the other additions such as Shawrama, fish sizzler was pretty good.

If it was a one off day for the chef -- it is ok...But Guys you surely need to buckle up your seatbelts . On the whole though this a nice place to spend an hour or two on food with your family.

The food was average.I had gone for lunch and opted for buffet. There is a wide variety of dishes available but the taste was a huge let down. Not at all value for money. The ambience is good though.

We had gone to indijoe on last christmas for a buffet lunch and thankfully it turned out to be a good decision. They had chinese, Italian and Indian cuisine to offer with special turkey for the celebrations. Clear chiken soup, salads, starters and desserts were delectable. I had so much of it that couldn't afford to shove the main course. From what i gathered from my family, the main course wasn't bad either. I also liked their choice of music that kept the atmosphere peppy.

If you love slow music and silent atmosphere, this might not be the place for you. It's vibrant!

Me and my husband visited Indijoe for a holiday lunch buffet. The first thing we noticed was the ambience. They have good interiors with one wall dedicated to Hollywood, another one to famous places in US and one to sports. The buffet had a good spread of Indian as well as continental food. Everything was freshly prepared with good options for veg and non veg. To start with, the soups were good. It is the only place that serves indian chaat and golgappa in a buffet, which tasted pretty average.
They do not offer many options for salad and fruits which tasted well but lacked a lot on the presentation part. The pizzas are something I really enjoyed. For Indian food lovers, the only options would be biryanis and dal with rice (not even Indian breads). The chicken tasted good and was cooked perfectly. What we enjoyed most were the desserts with plenty of options and were really fresh and soft.
The only disappointment was the service. I was amazed to see that even when the restaurant was only half full, the staff had a tough time serving properly. They kept on clearing our tables which was good but never returned with fresh spoons and forks. We had to ask for the same twice and even then wait for about five minutes. They all looked over occupied running around.
Indijoe does not have any live counters except for pasta, but they managed to keep the food hot and fresh with induction cook tops.
Overall it is a one time visit. We did have a good time but I wish they improve on their service and food presentation part.
