I have always been a fan of Holiday Inn and express hotels for its services and food specially. I regret my decision of choosing Asia Kitchen of Holidayinn Express for my Valentine Day Dinner.
The staffs are polite but yet to be trained with hospitality ethics.
Change the Cook, not sure about non-veg, but really not good for veg food
They kept me waiting, standing outside the restaurant, even if I had a table reservation in advance and half of the restaurant was empty. Took order, beginning with soup, followed by main course. After 30 minutes when I saw that the guests who ordered the food 5 minutes after us, got the soup, and after that also got their main course food, and I was still waiting for my Soup to arrive. I asked the waiter for the soup and he was like surprised, if I really did order the soup. after 5 mins he came and apologized for they forgot to proceed with my soup order and the said the main course food is ready. I asked them to serve the soup first, the Soup was good. Then they served the Main Course food, that was already cold by that time. However they replaced the breads on request. The stuffed kulcha was like no taste of the stuffing and kulcha was like Tyre that too not cooked well. The veggie was okay, but as got cold, didn't like it. The dall was okay, not that good as it should be. They really were sorry for this and the manager did apologize, but it was already too late for me to look for other option.
