“Dusty heritage site on the outskirts.”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

Sarkhej Roja is a religious monument located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. It is quiet, peaceful and hums with religious fervor.

The place though is not well maintained. It appears dusty and dirty.

“A complex to visit”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

A heritage place. Nice complex with notable buildings. However difficult to reach. Delight for historians/planners and architects.

“Historical Monument”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

Lots of history. Place not kept very clean. But worth visiting especially for historical importance. A bit far from the city centre

“worth a visit”
Reviewed October 2, 2012

a place not visited by many, is such a pretty sight. it is a heritage site where during the earthquake the pillars were damaged, now restored. the craftsmanship and the water body and the whole place, its a positive energy and calm place. lovely for couples who will feel the place has 'love in the air' !

This place is amazing but not restored well...Nice music in the mosque., the emptiness gives you your own space for self exploration!
