Me and my wife stayed here in Oct, 18 for 2 nights, First thing that happened was that they gave us a Twin Bed room by combining their beds which by the morning gave us both a back ache, Second thing the urinal's flush didn't work at all- but alas they changed our room to a DOUBLE but half our stay had passed. Second worst thing was that hotel was going through massive renovation drive and we tried to use the pool but about 40-50 laborers were parading around and were looking at us like a circus was going on. Hotel should have informed its guest prior that hotel is going under renovation so that if someone wants to change his plans, can plan in advance.

But still in the end I would say there were some positives too - like good courteous staff and good breakfast!

We visited Goa and wanted to stay around the Candolim area as our yearly Goa visit.

Unfortunately we were there during ongoing construction work (was mentioned while booking) but still it wasn’t a hassle. The pool was probably the only letdown on the first day - due to maintenance work as mentioned - however they did make arrangements with Fortuna by ITC who let us use their pool. The Rooms could be better but they are renovating in sections and I’m sure once it has completed, the Property 'looks and pricing' will improve
What about the courteous staff - starting from the gate security guy, bell boys, reception desk, restaurant staff and all. They were just helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast was a good one. Good spread which was complimented with the attentive staff. We had a situation at the airport that resulted in us getting delayed to reach our hotel (reached post 11pm and too tired) - the staff had sent over some complimentary food even before we could ask for room service.

Since we were out of the hotel post the heavy breakfast - we only returned back to our rooms post sunset for a power nap and left for the nightlife in Goa - hence there are no comments on the lunch / dinner menu.
It is a bit of a challenge to find the place since it is down a very narrow lane - only 1 car can pass. Also, to find it on the main road is difficult since there are so many signages - restaurants, hotels, shops, advertising, etc.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Radisson Goa Candolim for a wonderful and memorable stay. We will definitely return for another visit post all the renovations are completed.

Stayed for 3 nights. Good location, recessed from the main road but with good, nearby eating places and on walkable distance from beach and easy to reach diastance from any of the beaches in North Goa. Friendly and efficient staff, very good Breakfast spread with reasonable variation in the menu everyday. The menu and food in the restaurant/room service is also good.

Room maintenance however needs to improve. The aerator in the faucet of the basin in our bathroom was missing, resulting in water gushing all over the basin. The comode flush was not discharging sufficient water. Both issues were attended to satisfaction after reporting. The AC was not effective, as the night progressed, it got uncomfortably warm although the setting in the room was kept at minimum. Situation did not improve even after reporting. I hope, it would be looked into.
The TV (I was told) has "corporate" Tata Sky subscription, and as a result, many of the popular entertainment or even News channels, and none of the regional language channels are available!!

Finally, the rooms are not carpeted, although the tiles are not really of good quality.

Fabulous stay, great and very very good staff who made our stay really comfortable. Food was really nice. Rooms and wash rooms are big, neat and clean. The only reason I'm giving it 4 Stars is because during our stay there was some water issues, frequent cuts, scarcity of water and dirty water as well in the washrooms. I guess the hotel was under part renovation so that could be the reason. Once complete, it would be worth every penny. Location is good lots of things to do around day and night and again a friendly staff which is a plus point to make a pleasant stay.

Room tip: Rooms on the Ground or 1st floor.
