The best hotel we have stayed in - anywhere. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and kind and they made our stay memorable. Special mention for Siddesh, Kukalo, Bhagwan, Brian and Cruz who entertained us and pointed us to the delights of Candolim. Room service was excellent and efficient. Our room was well furnished and the food on offer was of a high quality. Atmosphere was just right for us and we will be returning next year. There are more luxurious hotels to be had here, but we could not find a fault with the O and would recommend it to anyone unreservedly.
See you next year!

Room Tip: Higher floor rooms are quieter, especially on the nights when people are booking in. South side room...

A group of six of us stayed here from the 09 February 2014 for one week.
A great place to stay. The resort is extremely well maintained. The rooms on the first floor are enormous with high ceilings. House keeping was excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed every day and even a complimentary litre of water per person per day.
The restaurant has good and reasonably priced food, breakfast catered for every need.
There is an on site spa and gym with steam room and sauna and hairdresser.
The pool is medium sized with ample space for sun loungers with a restaurant and bar between the pool and the beach.
The resort backs straight onto the beach with security sentry posts both at front and rear of resort.
The staff were exemplary, no ask was too much for them.
Would highly recommend.

We arrived during the night on 13th January to this little paradise. We were met with a necklace and the offer of a drink and then shown to our lovely upstairs room.. Waking up in the morning to discover the hotel was just like the pictures. Staff were extremely friendly particularly the pool man, Brian at the pool bar and narsing and Aston at the restaurant.. All excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Room was cleaned daily, food in restaurant down towards beach was amazing, room service sampled a couple of times excellent value. We are so looking forward to returning next year for three weeks this time..

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms have small balcony

The O hotel is located in Candolim main road and extends all the way to the beach. The property is narrow but lengthy. We reached the hotel and were compelled to pay up the money for our entire stay upfront which was very annoying. The rooms were nice and the spa was good. We stayed for 4 days and the breakfast buffet remained exactly the same all the days. In the end we were fed up of eating there. The bar is designed good but for some reason is mostly empty which doesn't make it inviting.

My brother had dropped in to meet us, and the staff did not allow him to come to our room and called to tell us to meet him at the reception. The hotel is very overpriced during season time and its not worth paying for the poor service and cold attitude of the management.

We travelled to Candolim, Goa for Xmas 2013 on a Bed n Breakfast basis.
On arrival at the O Hotel in the early hours, What a lovely welcome for my partner and I, being given a very lovely shell necklass chain , buggy transportation to the main reception and refreshments.
Our room 708 was very spacious and clean, The bathroom was a spacious square fish bowl in the corner of the room, { we found it quite comical} with a drop blind, which you could raise and lower to your liking !!! how ever the balcony view was over looking a field with coconut palms growing amongst shrubs full of the most amazing butterflies. On occasion we had the good fortune and pleasure of the sacred COW, escorting us along the road to our evening meal.
The Pool is great , beach and pool towel are available to residents at no extra charge,
Breakfast staff were lovely, and the choice of food was really good from cerials, fresh fruit ,fried eggs to curry.
The Beach is Beautiful ,Beach shack after shack after shack are brilliant they will cook and serve you all day long , you just need to trust their cleanliness and hygene, I never had a bad belly , all the local people are so fiendly ,We had a brilliant holiday in INDIA .
If you want to buy Gold or Diamond buy it here {good investment}
Booked to go back in November .
Best Holiday ever.

Room Tip: 708, 1st floor, next to the penthouse, overlooking the pool.
