360 Degree Beach Retreat
Ranked #38 of 66 Hotels in Candolim

We stayed in the 360 in 2012 ,the 360 retreat was a wonderful place, the room we had was opposite the pool, so we came out of are room crossed decking and into the pool.Everything was clean and well cared for ,the room was amazing lots of space, massive kingsize bed, lovely bath, shower, and all fitted out . the room was cleaned daily fresh towels and anything else you could possibly need you only had to pick up the phone and ask and it was sorted, We did go back to Candolim this year but decided we would try the lemon-tree another lovely hotel but did miss the 360 retreat. If my husband and myself return then its definately going to be with Roberto and his wonderful staff at the 360.Also the waiting staff should be mentioned they were attentive and the food good. Hope you remember us Alberto, we stayed at M/blue for 2 daysthen at 360 Ivy and Tim,torquay s devon England

Room Tip: all rooms are good

We stayed at 360 Degrees recently to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had been staying in South Goa for 5 nights before staying at 360 Degrees & had a very hectic week so were ready to relax & enjoy his birthday. The decor is modern & there are some lovely original features in the hotel. The service was excellent as was the food at Sunny Side Up, the chefs are masters of Goan cuisine. Upon check in we were given an upgrade which was much appreciated were shown round the hotel.
We ate in the restaurant on the first night & the food was great, my wife ordered the seafood platter & was given a huge platter which pleased her as she loves seafood! Afterwards we had cocktails at the bar which is really nice place to unwind & as usual the service was excellent. When we got back to the room there were rose petals everywhere with chocolates & champagne & the birthday cake all of which I had prepaid & arranged at the hotel for my wife. The cake was absolutely delicious.

The breakfast the next morning was lovely & we took the hotel taxi to the flea market to do some shopping. In the evening we walked down to the beach to Bobby's shack for a great & extremely reasonably priced barbecue.

The Hotel Manager met us & chatted with us on how they could make our stay better, a very personal touch indeed.

We would highly recommend this hotel & it deserves more good reviews than it has on tripadvisor, the staff really go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable & memorable stay. The extra touches really make a difference whether it is the cold towels & drink on arrival, daily newspaper, fresh flowers, luxury toiletries & bottled water on check out.

Negatives: bath & bed linen looks frayed.

Caution: Watch the prices at the restaurant, the food is brilliant but the bill can leave you with a hole in your pocket.

Room Tip: The front upper rooms have a view of the sea & pool, the front lower rooms have a view of the po...

We appreciated our stay at this hotel. We needed calm after beeing in Delhi and Jodhpur and this resort was the perfect place. The pool is nice, the people at the reception and the restaurant were very kind. The rooms are big, well designed and renovated.

Good place to stay out of the party and relax by the pool and the beach.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you regarding the location of the door lock on our ground floor rooms, but we must explain that the locks have been placed keeping your safety in mind. We chose to use glass doors for our rooms so you can take full advantage of the pool and beach view from inside the room. Only a handful of properties in Goa have this kind of prime location as we do.
Unfortunately the locks can not be placed at the same level as other doors for safety reasons due to technical challenges as well as the possibility of the glass getting chipped at the lock and injuring you.

I can assure you that the Company has a strict policy against fake reviews. We are extremely interested in our guest's feedback in order to improve our property and services for a better guest experience and consequently genuinely achieving a good rating. Besides this, Tripadvisor has very strict conditions for review verification where user profiles and I.P. addresses are being verified.

Our chefs are masters of their trade & our restaurant is well known for its high standards in taste and quality, your comment regarding breakfast has come to us as a surprise. We are however investigating the same.

All guest requirements are taken care of by Reception, the hotel does not permit outside food & beverage within its premises and therefore it comes to us as a surprise that you approached the guard to procure services from outside the hotel when we have concierge services at the desk. Our concierge services can organise rental of bikes, cars, taxis, tours, cruises, sightseeing etc to name a few.

Again we thank you for your valuable feedback and we would be very happy to welcome you back on your next visit to Goa.

I decided to treat myself to a few days in Goa after a business trip to Mumbai. This hotel looked very nice from the website but it was a different story when I arrived. I was given a room on the ground floor but asked to change as I was travelling alone, this was no problem. The room I was given was ok, it was very big with a large bathroom and balcony but very shabby, as was the rest of the hotel. The swimming pool was big, but not clean and very few sun loungers. I didn't see anyone use it during my 3 night stay. The shower curtain fell down during my stay and there were a lot of cracks in the bathroom suite. There were also gaps around my balcony door as it couldn't be locked so mosquitoes could get in.
The staff are friendly enough, but there arent very many of them.
The beach restaurant is ok. There is a nice beach bar near the hotel called Bobbys which I recommend.
The hotel is within walking distance of the main Candolim main strip where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
I wish I had splashed out on one of the nicer resorts rather than stay here, at over €100 a night it definitely wasn't worth it.

Nothing wow!! very small property..only the room was good and comfortable..you wont get even the complimentary breakfast buffet. for every eatable ,they request to "sunny side up" which is more like a shack than a restaurant.

good part: room , bathroom, recliner
not so good: very small property, not so clean and a dull swimming pool, no proper buffet breakfast arranged by the so-called resort..its only the "sunny side-up" which arranged for all the eatables.

Dear Blue Tuliprosy,

Thank you for staying with us for your vacation in Goa. Sunny Side Up is the beach restaurant belonging to 360 Degrees that caters to our resort's F&B requirements along with catering to external customers from 7am to 10:30pm & offering a large variety of meals with Indian & continental fare as our main cuisines. Sunny Side Up also caters to all room service orders and to intimate banquet parties. Being a 12 room boutique resort, we do not do a buffet but instead offer personalised service for our complimentary breakfast where we offer an extremely attractive and adequate breakfast selection with the items rotated on a daily & weekly cycle.

As with most boutique properties, 360 Degrees is designed proportionately to the size of the property. Our swimming pool is cleaned and treated daily and we have a dedicated pool attendant.

We take note of all our esteemed customers observations very seriously and we will investigate into the shortfalls during your stay with us.

We apologize for the inconveniences faced but we do look forward to welcoming you back to 360 Degrees on your return to Goa.
