I remember when KFC was the gold standard in fast food chicken. Then Church's, Popeye's and others crowded into the scene. KFC is still good but nothing is really a cut above anywhere else. most of us eat boneless tenders too and their prices for those are high. The mac is dense and has all the tasty fatness that it should and the potatoes are good too. They do provide gravy, which is becoming a rare treat. Their barbecue chicken sandwich is always a mess - I think that a different bun, maybe a hoagie style or a wheat roll would amp up that choice. It is kind of boring. I go because I can get gravy on mash potatoes at a fast food joint but if we had a Whataburger or a Dairy Queen then I would go get chicken strip baskets there instead - better bang for the buck
