Hands down, some of the best smoked brisket in southern New Mexico. The smoked half-chicken is also incredible! They also have tri-tip on the menu, which is unusual outside of California. Their sides are unique as well, my favorites being the garlic potatoes and green beans. Make sure you try the jalapeno cornbread, too!! The service here has always been quick and friendly. They go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied.
