Dont pre book this hotel via some agency. they are well known for gimmicks especially if there is demand on some festival or the kind. the room i got is very unhygienic, dust every where. even bathroom was not good. no provision for hot water even in the morning. absolutely useless hotel.
the hotel is COMPLETELY FRAUD. I have called the hotel from new delhi at 13:40 hrs informing them of my arrival at 21:00hrs. In fact I need not do this. i did it just to make sure they know i'm coming. They were ok with my arrival.But when i arrived at chandigarh at the said time, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A ROOM! I offered to take more money because i cant move between hotel in search of room in that cold weather. Still they didnt! in fact they have given the room to somebody else! THE COUSTOMER CARE NUMBER OF CLEARTRIP WAS NOT WORKING. Next morning was my exam, and due to that reason, no other hotel accommodation was available. IT WAS HORRIBLE.. I DIDN'T SLEEP THE WHOLE NIGHT BEFORE MY EXAM. I WOULD NEVER BOOK BOOK WITH CLEARTRIP AGAIN.
