“European experience in India”
Reviewed May 27, 2014

We visited Falknuma Palace and had dinner in the Italian restaurant. Palace is worth visiting but dont expect too much India. Palace is a combination of European heritage built in the middle of India: Italin marble, Buckingham palace meets Versailles. You should take the tour to understand the history which is facinating.

“Amaaazing experience”
Reviewed May 25, 2014

We had our team dinner in Nov and during our planning the experience was not good. However must admit the experience thereafter was very good. The chef Mr, Arun is an outstanding person. Humble, knowledgeable and amiable. He made all the difference. For individual choose a dinner on a special day..but has to be dinner and not lunch.

“awesome experience”
Reviewed May 20, 2014

went with my family to Taj Faluknuma yday for dinner at Adaa, amazing service and ambience, ordered chicken tikka which was too gud, absolute melt in the mouth and a paneer starter which i dint taste, but my parents liked it, for main course it was butter naan, cheese naan (hardly any cheese :P) with some paneer gravy and biryani, the gravy was gud and the paneer was nice and soft, but the naans weren't great, the biryani was nice and light, the flavors were beautiful, i personally loved it but my bro dint like it too much( he prefers the spicier versions :P) and finally deserts, my dad opted for the desert platter which had seviya kheer, qubani ka meet, double ka meet, beetroot halwa and carrot halwa, he said nothing on his plate was wow, mom had 2 scoops of chocolate ice-cream and by scoops here, they were the size of tiny golf balls ( we were a little surprised with the quantity here) and i had the shikanji sorbet and WOW!!! it packed quite a punch and it was literally the highlight of the meal for me!! it had a great consistency, not too thick, not too runny and each bite was a burst of flavor!! all of us full and the total bill turned out to be 7K, better than what i expected and i felt it was VFM, dinner was followed by a tour of the palace and thats how we celebrated my parents' 25th anniversary!!

“A leisurely evening”
Reviewed May 18, 2014

Taj Falaknuma is a lovely place to be if you want to place a leisurely evening. A palace from the Nizam's era, it gives you a feeling that you have gone back in time. Tea served is gold plated cup makes you feel like a king. Also was served with a variety of cookies, pastries and juices. One of the highlights of the palace is the the dining table with 101 seats with the recipe written in the ceiling. If you have the money it is a lovely place for a date or a evening with your family.
