Very good and well communicated area.
Rooms (non AC double):
size wise small, especially the bathroom but you do get what you pay for. comfortable beds, a large mirror and a small wash basin mirror, couple of storage areas and a TV with cable connection.
No in house kitchen or restaurant but you do get a veg. food counter (no sitting arrangement) at the ground floor (separate entry).
Sleep quality good. Staffs are helpful and cleanliness is good. So if you are looking for a budget hotel/lodge for 1-2 days of stay which will be mostly used for spending the evening and night (while you spend the day elsewhere either for work or some other purpose), you can look for this hotel without spending big.
Just at the entry of the hotel, there is a liquor shop which causes a little bit of UN-pleasant environment during the evening time. It may not cause any harm or disturbance but looks a little awkward.
It is tough to get a good non-veg dining place around this hotel. Fortunately there is a paradise take-away cum dine in restaurant nearby (~8-10 min walk towards the shoppers stop bus stop on the same side of the road) which offers excellent quality and quantity of food.
